Today they have a full staff, and because my wash was a free wash off a full service that I didn't receive the last time and the kid who took my receipt couldn't find it even though there was no one behind me. Explaining this to the supposedly owner who flat out refused to give me a full service! I won't be giving her anymore of my hard earned money! So instead of keeping a happy customer and receiving a raving review, she's now receiving a bad review and the loss of a good customer! To be perfectly clear, this owner has no problem charging you for full service and not honoring it if she's short staffed, keeping your money with no rain check or refund! Then when she's fully staffed won't honor a ONE TIME full service.

While you wait on your car they also give you a free soft drink or water. They do all the normal things like check your ail filters, tire pressure, etc. Another service that was given was they vacuum out the car while they change your oil, which was awesome. They were nice and courteous while I was there and didn't try to take advantage of me by trying to convince me that my car needed all of these services that my car doesn't really need. For the first time guest they give you a $3 discount and with every oil change they give you a free car wash. Cons: The only one was that inspections are only offered on Tuesdays. I will definitely be going back.

I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return.
