I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!

No problem recommending this place. And there's plenty of parking too.

This is not what I expected when paying for a professional laundry service. I really wanted to support your business, but this was frustrating and upsetting.
