I had the pleasure of contacting David, whom I asked several questions of how he would go about the process and I felt very comfortable with everything he walked through. He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain. He was very efficient, kind, and answered all the questions I had since I'm learning to do these kinds of tasks on my own. The pricing was extremely competitive and there's no question that I'll have David back pretty soon for other jobs around my home that I'm not comfortable handling. They never went over hourly rate or pay with me initially. Then they called police on me and lied to the officer to say I wouldn't pay. I paid an additional $400. They also told me after calling police they weren't going to leave my home. These people are vultures. Beware of calling these people. They will cheat you out of money. If I could give no stars I would. They also kept taking breaks and smoking outside of my home and went to my garage. My autistic son has asthma. Never asked permission. Just took complete advantage of me. I was in tears after this.

My needs were to 1. disassemble the pipe lines for a washing and drying machine and relocate them and install them again. 2. unclog a toilet; 3. general tips on outdoor electric systems for winter freeze For number 1. He had good communication with be on message beforehand so I called some helpers to help him carry/move the machines. This made the work really smooth. He is professional and quick in doing the installation and was patient/accommodating to my needs. He was courteous and helpful throughout the process. For number 2, no need to say, it was a quick fix. He has the plunger For number 3, even though this is not his expertise, he kindly offer help to help me find the control panel and central systems for the sprinkler and pond.
