He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain. He was very efficient, kind, and answered all the questions I had since I'm learning to do these kinds of tasks on my own. They never went over hourly rate or pay with me initially. Then they called police on me and lied to the officer to say I wouldn't pay. I paid an additional $400. They also told me after calling police they weren't going to leave my home. These people are vultures. Beware of calling these people. They will cheat you out of money. If I could give no stars I would. They also kept taking breaks and smoking outside of my home and went to my garage. My autistic son has asthma. Never asked permission. Just took complete advantage of me. I was in tears after this.

Did the work but I give them a B- for quality. Could not paint because it started snowing. Within a few weeks a board came loose, and it took several calls to get them to come back and fix it. Spring came and they never returned to paint. After several calls and discussions about what "Paint as needed" written on the contract means. Today they came back to paint. They only painted the boards they replaced not the whole thing. It looks poorly. If you use them make sure you have everything they are to do spelled out in the contract. I will not be using their services again.

Air from outside was leaking in and the door would pop open. Jeremy repaired the door (re-hung the frame) so that it closes properly, no leaks and stays closed. We were impressed by the way he would show us what the previous contractor had done improperly and explained what he was doing to fix it. So, not only did he do a fine repair job but we learned something in the bargain. Nate was extremely personable, pleasant. His work was solid, clean and done in a proper time frame. The cost was very reasonable for the time and quality. I highly recommend him for small repairs or full remodeling.

When I called, the representative couldn't quite understand the scope of my project, so he decided it would be best to schedule a consultation. I explained I only wanted a consultation if the project could be completed that same day. He said it shouldn't be a problem. He confirmed the cost would be $139 at time of consultation and that would be applied toward the total project of hired, also that would be the hourly rate. Knowing there's no way that project would be more than an hour. I was desperate and needing it to be done ASAP and so I agreed. My scheduled time came and went and then I received a notice that my appointment was rescheduled to the following day and they would Credit $15 toward the cost of the consultation. I reached back out and again reinforce that I wanted to cancel unless the project could be completed on the same day. Again was told it should not be a problem. Nino came out the next day. He was very professional, and nice. He explained he couldn't do the project the same day because he hadn't been booked for it, and even if he had, it was too cold for him to make the repair. This was a blessing in disguise. I paid the consultation fee, and later got the estimate and was in shock - the total for this project was nearly $300. I had no idea they were going to charge $89 for their handy person to walk into a hardware store, on top of charging $50 (+20% upcharge) for parts which was a couple pieces of wood and a couple of bolts and the hourly rate. My dad made the repair today in less than 30 mins with a drill and two bolts. He also used a saw to level out the bottom of the fence as Nino had also offered to do. I just can't believe the cost, it's outrageous. I would not recommend this company based on cost and also the administrative to field miscommunication.
