Had an issue with my insurance company and a scheduling conflict and told them I would call and schedule one it was resolved. Called in March to schedule a date and have been ignored for over a month. They only have one scheduler (Patrick) for all locations and could not even bother with a call back to schedule a time in the future despite multiple calls from me to the office. Hate to see this from a supposed reputable company. Also see on Google Reviews they are using their own employees to leave reviews.

This company is very professional and courteous, they stay in constant contact from appointment scheduling, quoting, install and completion. I gathered a couple quotes and Vanguard was very competitively priced,, but seemed a more professional company.. Once I decided to have them do the work it was only a little over a week, almost 2 for the install date. The installer was very courteous over the phone, we were not home at the start of install, and got to it right away. I arrived home after work to an almost complete job. Austin, and later Buddy Were there for final walk through and cleaning of my yard. I am super happy with the choice to have Vanguard do this job. The transition is awesome, and now I won't have any worries about possible foundation issues from rain runoff. I will gladly have this company do any future work that is in their expertise. I contacted them to give me a quote to install seamless gutters on my house. I have a metal roof, and the run off when it rained was causing issues for me. Aaron Lott, the owner, responded to me right away. He gave me a day and time that he would come to give me an estimate. Unlike most of the contractors I have dealt with, he showed up exactly on time. He took his measurements and told me he would get back to me the next day. As promised I received his estimate, and his price was more than competitive. I gave him the go ahead and he returned 2 days later with the materials. He finished the job in less than a day. He has a good crew that did an excellent job. He and his crew were very professional, polite, and friendly. They finished on time and made sure that they cleaned up everything. I am VERY pleased with his work and recommend him to anyone needing gutters roofing, siding, etc.

The work was not completed on the 5th day as promised so we scheduled for them to be here on Saturday at 9AM sharp to complete work; they again texted that they were going to be late. They had no consideration for my time and the work was subpar. After the last text that they were going to be late on Saturday I told them they were no longer needed. I am now going to hire someone else to complete/fix their work.
