Chris said (for two years) that it was an easy fix and he would stop by. Hasn't happened. Trying to complete home issues before winter, so for the first time in six months I threw him a text. Appears my number is blocked. Surprised me since we hadn't had much communication other than an occasional text, "Can you help/fix?". Everything seemed pretty cordial. I don't like to leave an iffy/negative review, as I want everyone to be successful and enjoy life, but Chris was very poor in communicating (so many "lost/broken" phones) and in showing up.
