They seemed nice enough on the phone but a few weeks after they said they'd sprayed, our aspen trees were dripping aphid sap like there was no tomorrow. My wife called them back with no results. I called them again and was informed that they didn't spray our house in the first place. I was told, mater-of-factly, they'd sprayed the wrong house. The owner, Kirk, talked to me on the phone and really didn't seem to care that he'd really screwed us up. Anyone with apple trees knows timing is key. Instead of coming right out to remedy the problem, he was rude and said no way was he going to do that. He said maybe next week. I'm sorry. That was not acceptable as they were the ones who made the mistake. Find another company. These guys aren't interested in doing a good job...pass them by.

They hire day laborers who don't care how they leave the yard. Some have walked off the job half way though and then left my gate open and my dogs got out. I would never hire them again. I'm surprised they are still in business.
