My Truck was towed, my wife had it towed from our marital property by this company. The lady wouldn't let me get my medicine or belongings out, until I reach out to arkansas towing board. Then she went to my vehicle, and got my medicine out, and a bag of papers. She took my sons birth certificate, and social security card, also I have a Roger 9mm missing, ar-15, gear wrench ratchet wrench sets sae and metric, jumper cables, lineman Lowell socket, iPad, Iwatch, I had no problem with her until this happened. read more

My sisters car was towed there; after she died in an accident. There was no damage to her vehicle and they STILL charged up over 300 for 15 hours. The lady we dealt with was very cruel and heartless. She in no way wanted to release the vehicle to anyone but the owner. However; she was dead. There was no empathy given to my family. It was Christmas Eve and the absolute last thing we wanted to do was plan a funeral for my sister; and having to deal with someone so uncaring and unprofessional definitely left a bad impact on us. read more

Under no circumstances Dont use this towing service. They will hold your personal stuff. And you will never get your stuff back.they will hold your vehicle to collect all they money they can. If you have problems please file a complaint with the Arkansas towing and recovery broad. Call your insurance company and have your car towed by them. I have waited many days to let the acute pain and the initial anger lessen before I posted anything about this. Before I start and before anyone tells me to, I have filed a formal complaint with the tow board of AR (did you know there was such a thing?). As my friends know, my oldest daughter was killed in an accident on 12/23, she was driving her Ford Ranger, it wasn't hit. There were 4 or 5 vehicles that were damaged in the subsequent wreck. The tow companies were busy that night. The company that towed her vehicle was Scott's Towing. Herein lies the problem. The girl, never did get her name, was one of the rudest, most unpleasant humans I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Granted we were there on Christmas Eve to retrieve my daughter's vehicle, that the state police told us we wouldn't have any issues retrieving, but we had just come from the funeral home making arrangements for my daughter on Christmas Eve. We got absolutely no sympathy or even a kind word. We were charged $336 for the tow...2 days storage...it was less than 15 hrs, last I heard a day was 24 hrs. This is price gouging at its finest. She lied about what the state police did at the scene, we left there and went immediately to the state police barracks to confirm what she said...I believe them. And when we thought about it, what she said made absolutely no sense. I do know that Michele has just picked up her daughter's ADHD meds that afternoon and they haven't turned up. I'm not saying that she or anyone from Scott's Towing took them, just that they were picked up that day and not in the truck. If you ever have a choice of tow companies, I would choose another, this place was very unprofessional, rude and generally heartless. How can anyone be rude to a family standing there on Christmas Eve that just came from the funeral home? Call and ask the office girl at Scott's Towing, she was very good at it, I don't know if she trained for that or if she's generally a heartless bitch, whichever it made a very hard, stressful day worse.
