I tried to keep in contact through phone but no one ever answered anymore like the first few times. I moved further away from that area so I couldn't just come to the shop normally as I usually would. Months later I see my car on sale at an auto lot. no calls back or anything after several voicemails even leaving my call back number I still received nothing.

The owner is never at the shop, never answers the phone, and doesn't return messages. Every time we manage to get ahold of someone, there's a new excuse for why the truck isn't finished. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when someone's vehicle is being held for half a year with no real updates. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that respects your time and money.

The owner, Mike, talked me through everything and had me good to go even sooner than expected (it ended up just being an issue with the bulb)! I was even able to get extra help putting my windshield wipers on afterwards, and the awesome technicians who assisted me showed me so I'd know how to do it, too. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful and my car was out of the shop the same afternoon! It was my first time there, but I can definitely recommend them for their stellar service!
