Scotty's Carpet did an amazing job on our 3 bedrooms with carpeting and also 2 area rugs. We have 3 cats so our carpets get their share of hairballs, etc, and now they look and feel like new!! I called for a quote on a Friday, and the staff was very helpful. Carpet cleaning prices are based on square feet, so if you need a quote, know your carpet sizes. We have 2 area rugs and 2 recliners that needed cleaning. The quote was reasonable and we scheduled the service for the following Monday. Dan, the technician, called to confirm he could get there earlier if we approved. He was very professional, polite, and explained the job and confirmed the price before beginning. We have very dense wool carpets, and he did a great job on them. Ditto with the recliners. They all look great, and they don't give off that old dirty carpet/furniture smell any more. They look and smell great. Dan even left us booties to use if we need to walk on the carpets while they dried, and also left us a bottle of Scotty's carpet spot remover, which can be refilled free for life. Just wanted to share my experience with Scottys carpet care. Dan came to my house and cleaned my carpets. He was sssssooooo good. He was wearing a mask which made me feel better. Great work! Highly recommend and will hire again. I purchased a home that had been rental property for 15 years. Who knows how old Carpet is? He made them look fabulous. We had our sofa and love seat cleaned as well as 2 rooms of very soiled carpeting. Dan, the technician, was professional and took great pride in doing a good job. The carpeting looks wonderful and the furniture looks like new again. Although the price was on the high side, you really do get what you pay for. I will definitely use them again. read more
