I am very pleased with the service provided and love how my tile floors came out. The carpet and an area were also cleaned and I was surprised at the color following the cleaning. With three dogs and kids, it can be difficult to keep the floors cleaned. We bought a new house and the grout was not sealed. The grout lines look amazing. We decided not to have them sealed at this time, but may be looking into this for the future. Wished they had more options for grout colors. The area rug they cleaned is very soft and smells great. Overall, I am very pleased with the services they provided and will be using them again. The two gentlemen that arrived to clean the floors were great and professional. They listened to my concerns, and focused a little bit more where one of my dogs continually sleeps. Thank you for the services provided. Citrus Carpet and Tile cleaning did a tremendous job cleaning my floor tile! I had used several product and have not had success removing the grit and dirt left by the builders. I don't like to use harsh chemicals due to pets and allergies. Citrus not only removed all the resin but left the tile sparkling clean using safe cleaning products. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, this company was polite, professional and thorough. They called before arriving and were actually early for the appointment. They were courteous as I pointed out some trouble spots I would like addressed. They set up quickly and were done within the promised time, under two hours for a 1000 square foot condo. The smell and look was wonderful upon my return. They cleaned the carpet and tiles and were even able to get out rust spots left by dresser legs in the bedroom. The one thing I would like to have had was a fan to dry the carpet quickly on a humid day. This has to be an issue for others as well.
