Five stars is not sufficient. Able to make appointment within a few days; showed up on time and finished within about 2 hours. My entire condo - approximately 1400 sq feet - was immaculately cleaned -10 yr+ old rugs look new. Even heavy traffic stains are gone. Tile and grout look brand new. The only things that get "ripped off" are stains and dirt, not you the customer. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning job. I can't even begin to tell you how AMAZING these people are! Dave and Michel are the owners and surpassed my expectations with this company beyond anything I could imagine. We moved into a house with 5 carpeted rooms. The cat pee was the first thing you smelled and don't forget the colorful markers (or whatever it could be) all over the carpets. Random spots everywhere! AJ and Nick (technicians) came the first time and cleaned all the rooms. The cat pee smell was so overwhelming though and it was my fault for not finding a AC thermostat near that room. Anyways, the cold air helped a lot. The next day, Dave and Michel both came and cleaned up the spots that weren't all the way out (30 day guarantee on spots). They also redid the cat pee room. This review comes 5 years later than it should. I have used Julington Creek Carpet Care approximately 3 times as well as referred them to my daughter to use. I am using them again and as soon as I write this review am scheduling another cleaning. I have used them twice in my home and they have done a phenomenal job. The carpets are wonderfully clean and dry in the amount of time discussed. You may find a company that is 10-25 dollars less expensive but I prefer quality and someone that wont damage my expensive carpeting nor the padding. My daugher also used them 2 times, once for blood stains from her dog and they got all the stains out. My daughter also used them after her tenants moved and the before and after was fantastic. (as the tenant made so many stains) we werent expecting a miracle but Dave removed the majority. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality & professionalism.
