This gym, the people and the atmosphere have awoken my sporty & competitive side. The most amazing part is that I was never an athletic person. I truly believe that if I could do it anyone can do it. Don't be intimidated by the word "CrossFit'. I'm almost 40 and I work out with teenagers and grandparents. There are workouts for EVERY ability level. Just give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
