I've been going for 2 years here now started with Aerial yoga ( like pink the singer ) and loved it so much then branched our to all the teachers ! I can say Terri and Rahman are both amazing and as well as the owner Corrine who is hard core yoga but balanced with the correct forms ( always watching and checking in) all the teachers and massage therapists are amazing ! this place ! Ok so I forgot to list all the teachers! I forgot about Brandon who teaches Sunday evening which is amazing! I recommend trying all the teachers and all the classes esp if your brand new to yoga or to the studio and you know yoga ! If your brand new then stick to the beginners classes! I travel for months at…read morea time for work and have been to 10-15 studios and this is the most unique/luxurious studio I have been to. The staff is top tier. The check in process is efficient. The bathrooms have everything you could need. The amount of amenities given to you and the quality of them make this place extremely luxurious and definitely worth the money. I decided to write this review because of something I've noticed more with the clientele of this studio that I haven't really noticed at other studios, and its something I maybe would have wanted to know before starting. The environment of this studio seems to be very workout/pilates centered, with less of a focus on relaxation/yoga. I say this because in many of the classes I have been to, many of the participants seem to start packing up/walking out right at the start of shavasana. In other studios I have been to, of course there was occasionally 1-2 people who walk out, but this seems to be more than half the class. It makes it very hard to relax/center yourself. Again, not really a critique against melt, but more of a warning. Today's class made me decide to write this review. Ive had many classes where people have quiet conversation during shavasana. I still think that is rude to other patrons but its whatever. But today, during pilates and restore (which is such a great class, and very unique), there was a group of women talking so loudly that their voices could be heard above the music. Many people also left the class the second pilates was done and made the restoring part of the class not as relaxing as it really could've been. My only critique of the studio was that they dont do more about this. I totally get not intervening when people leave at the beginning of Shavasana, as you cant really force people to stay. But I wish the instructor had said something to this group of women, or even if the studio sent out a quick email about being more considerate of those around them.
