I had purchased some big ticket heavy items which were located in another town. They agreed to pick up the items and deliver them to me. Just this morning I took my lap top into PC Quest on Morgan Avenue…read more I explained that my lap top is 4 years old and, despite it showing that it received the charge, it would not turn on. The young man at the counter appeared sluggish as I handed him the lap top and not really interested and stated that it was an older machine and asked if I had tried a different charger. To which I answered that it had taken the charge as the orange light had turned to white. (in the past that had signified that it was charged.) He looked at his computer and informed me that they were backed up and that it would be next week before they could take a look at it, then appeared to have second thoughts and said it might be at the end of the week. Truly, I felt like I was an inconvenience and the lack of enthusiasm for my business was astonishing, especially since I had read rreviews that had encouraged me to go there. With hindsight. it makes me question how they managed to write glowing reviews. The whole scenario prompted a quick escape and I am relieved to say that I quickly found an amazingly helpful Computer Plus business on Virginia in Evansville and my computer is working just fine!
