Bought a belt from the Farmington location, installed it and used it 1 time and then tried to cut…read moremy yard again and I made it maybe 1/2 throught and it basically stoppes cutting found out the belt is stretched my yard is about 1 acre, I checked all the pulleys and adjustments per the manual and all are correct and the pulleys run smooth and no noises, took the belt back (which they are 45minutes away but the only one that had it in stock) and was given the typical song and dance about there is to many variations to cause the issue which really means where not going to stand behind the product we sell, but thanks for your money. Horrible customer service. My next call will be to John Deere to complain probably won't help but it's just a phone call.

This Spring (2021) I went to start my mower and it would not start. No matter what I did it would not start. I called Ehll's service desk and they sent a tech out a couple of days later. After looking at my mower and going over it, the tech determined that my brake switch was not acting properly. He adjusted it and the lawn mower started right up! After we got the mower running I asked how much for the service charge. He said nothing! It wasn't any big deal to fix. Now that's what I call great Customer Service!

And it's 100% worth the drive if you want perfection. I had a hard time finding the perfect place to have my Bentley "curb rash" rims redone. Many wheel repair guys will come and "doctor" your wheels on site without even removing them from the vehicle. Then after a bit out sanding and grinding they touch up the wheel with paint. If that's what you're after ok. But that's not the best option! I found this shop and after a bit of investigation I drove from Springfield, Illinois to St. Louis. The next day they called and said your wheel is ready. I took another spare OEM rim with me to check to match. The restored wheel was an absolute match. I had gone to several other shops and was told an exact match was not really possible and I really had to redo all 4 wheels if I wanted perfection. Well these guys did the job! I will never go to anybody else!
