Will is AMAZING! I cracked my phone over the weekend and was bummed out that I wouldn't be able to fix it until the weekend since I'm busy with work during the weekdays. I checked on Yelp to see if there was anywhere that I can go during my lunch and drop off my phone. To my surprise, I found that there were a few businesses that were mobile! Obviously, I clicked on the business with 5 stars. I honestly thought to myself, "What's the difference between a 3 or 5 star cell phone repair business?" I really wouldn't know since I went with Will, but let me tell you why he deserves 10 stars. First, he texted me within 30 minutes of me sending him a message on Yelp (this was around 10 am - super early considering he's mobile). He introduced himself and asked questions about my phone since he wanted to verify exactly which model/color I had. He told me he can swing by around noon, and he sent me a text notifying me that he was a few minutes out. He came into our office and fixed the phone within about 20 minutes. He accepts card (even Amex)! After he left, there was a slight issue which I texted him about, and he told me he'll come by the following day to fix it. When I told him I live near Downtown LA, he even offered to drive over there to fix it! I told him that he can just come to my office in Santa Monica the next day. I had a black iphone, but he gave me the option of a white screen. I opted for the white screen which looks pretty awesome. Will called it the "oreo." I would definitely recommend him to anyone that broke their phone. It sucks breaking your phone (just ordered a case on Amazon so it doesn't happen again), but if it were to ever happen to you, I'd definitely call Will. read more
