I hate giving bad reviews but this guy should be avoided at all costs. He charged an absurd price…read morewithout discussing with me to even find out what I wanted done. Then he did a terrible job at what he did do. He basically charged me $350 to cut down a 4 inch I could have done myself. So 10 minutes of work for $350? Then proceeded to almost get me fine for leaving the tree and not discarding it. To top it off he didn't even do a good job, I had to go back and cut down the extra foot at the base he left!! When I discussed all this with him he blew me off and just said sorry. Any business owner with any sense would have met me in the middle or given me my money back and wrote off his 10 minutes of labor. I think this guy has a nice heart but he runs a horrible business (doesn't even have business phone- it's his wife's). DO NOT USE HIM. Once again- I hate posting all this but his lack of fixing my issue is unacceptable. UPDATE: absolutely not true. Your worker who showed up actually agreed with me. I never got in anyone's face. I intend to share my experience on every platform where he advertises his services to help warn others. He took a $1,000 deposit for landscaping work that was never started, repeatedly offered excuses, and then attempted to transfer our contract to another person instead of issuing a refund. It has now been a year, and we remain committed to pursuing accountability and ensuring others are aware of his practices.
