Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. Now we have a new $200 walker that my mom cannot use. And they offered zero help or resolution.. Won't go back.

The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. He contacted me during the cruise to see how we were doing. That meant everything to my friend and me! Thank you, Ben, from the bottom of my heart!!!! PS The cost was so affordable, I was a bit shocked.

Through their efforts I am able to receive a very costly medication via a foundation at no charge. I live in northern NJ and Linden delivers my prescription at no charge. I recently experienced a problem where Medicare incorrectly billed that prescription. I was being charged a a very large amount of money. Through the efforts of Chee (a pharmacist and one of the owners) the incorrect charge was reversed and the medication was billed correctly. The entire staff is extremely considerate and efficient. Used the analogy.... trying to breathe with a golf ball in my throat . Alex chose to respond with "I'll stick a golf ball up your ass". Very professional customer service !
