Anytime I call and ask to speak with a supervisor, I am told they will call back or in the latest case, they're on a vacation that has been at least two weeks and another employee (Megan) can't say when the supervisor will be back because she doesn't "keep tabs on that." If you have time to call Nate's and follow up five or six times every time you need something, and then still have it come incorrectly or not come, then sure give them a try. I don't know anyone who has time for the follow-up required to deal with Nate's employees.

Tip: The selection is good but if you don't see something you want, just ask one of the techs if they can order it for you from one of their suppliers. In addition they will price check for a better value for you if you ask. Not many pharmacies still do this today it's practically unheard of. And for this I am extremely grateful. Dealing with Joe, Jenna or Diana is always a dream, they are friendly, kind, empathetic and care about presentation and detail. Alexis has been there for years (perhaps the longest other than Eddie the Pharmacist and owner of this small family owned business) and so has lots of experience under her belt, she knows the ins and outs of the place. They also deliver which is a rare service for many pharmacies these days, so this was invaluable when I was sick and not able to get out of the house. They spend many many hours making sure ppl get their medications and understand them and even deal with the labyrinth of insurance and will call you back within a day and take the time to explain things to you. Eddie has helped me immensely throughout the years as he truly cares about his customers and the community. I could go on and on. It's a little place with a small staff and so eventually you get to know everyone there. And again these days that is so rare. I have no connection to this pharmacy other than being a long standing customer. And I was just moved to write a review because it is just human nature that ppl are quick to make their complaints known, but get too busy to drop in and leave compliments. I am guilty of this too.
