Our typical usage is "daily walkers" for the family, maybe an exercise class or two a week. None of us are runners, but my youngest rides his bike every day in all weather types on his college campus and wears these for those daily treks, even in the winter. I did but this time it would not allow me to apply the promo code (said I had already used it). So I called again. This associate re-entered all the information, took my correct shipping and billing address (are the same) and reapplied the promo code. So far so good. She put me on a brief hold and YEP! we got disconnected. So I called back. The third associate could barely communicate in English, and I am very patient and tolerant when English is a second language. She could not figure out how to reapply the promo code to BOTH items on the order. I hung up. I'll to Brook Brothers instead.

He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.
