I saw a review about someone emailing and never getting a response and it boils my blood because this place is seriously incredible. I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly, highly recommend and I am so grateful to have a place like this to get my company's attire done.

This time, the guy refused to honor the guarantee on the pair included in the picture. Claiming normal ware and tear on the back of the jeans clearly on the middle inseam! I told him after a year goes by, I'll stop bringing them back in. Already ordered replacement ridge pants that hopefully hold up better (not as light as Meridian unfortunately). I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. Now that they're not, the quality must be causing them too many problems to keep up with that assurance. Third picture is the size of pants compared to fresh order made a month ago. I haven't added on in size which would be a meaningful denial as well. He just kept repeating the same thing like one of my toddlers. Just doing what he's told is my guess.

Recently while at this store with my sister I recieved terrible service by a lady I believe was the…read moreowner. She was rude to my sister and I as well as another costumer. As other costumers were leaving she commented on how bad they smelled, talked down about young people that need assistance from their parents, a couple had walked into the store and she whispered that they smelled like they just came out of the bar. Getting frustrated I said that I was really in a hurry to go she screamed at me and said I was not her costumer and to get out. This was absolutley ridiculous.
