I've also purchased a nice overcoat for the winter and semi-formal/formal events. I love it and I got it at a great price. In fact, if you catch the right sale event, the otherwise rather pricey items can be gotten at a relative steal. That's the good news. Unfortunately, the service can be spotty. Everyone is always friendly and helpful--when the get to you, but they seem to be perpetually "understaffed" and over patronized. I get it. Stuff happens. But when it happens this often, I think it's time to make changes. Hire more employees or create a better system for seeing customers. On my last visit, it was no different. We waited a good ten or 15 minutes just to see someone about a simple exchange. My first visit ended in a poorly altered tuxedo that I got too late to make changes before the night's event. Now, I have to admit that once we were helped, each time, everything went really smoothly. So, they do know how to treat a customer right. And that counts for a lot in my book. For now, they're A-OK.

I would not recommend the Men's Wearhouse in Kenwood to anyone; if I could leave zero stars, I…read morewould. Our experience with this location was a disaster, and the lack of accountability from management is appalling. We visited the store during a busy wedding weekend, because the store being woefully understaffed, they tried to pressure my fiancé out of trying on his suit to ensure everything was correct. The staff then failed to properly repack the suit after his fitting. It was not until 30 minutes before our wedding ceremony that we realized the dress shirt was missing entirely. The stress this caused on our wedding day is unforgivable. Our "first look" was completely ruined because he was forced to wear an ill-fitting, makeshift shirt in its place. When we returned the rental and explained the situation, the staff offered a vague, non-committal suggestion that we "might" receive a partial refund. It is now 10 PM, and I have yet to receive the promised follow-up call from the store manager. The lack of professional care and the dismissive attitude toward a ruined wedding milestone are unacceptable. Do not trust them with your wedding day.

Having just returned from a 7 day kayaking tour in Baja, I was in the right frame of mind to shop…read moreat RRT. It was a wonderful local shop outfitted for paddling, camping, hiking, and climbing. I was very impressed with the book selection and the friendly staff. I'll definitely be a regular here - and I hope it will encourage me to do some more local outdoorsy things. It seems like there's quite a community for paddling - either by canoe or kayak.

And I may go in there and just buy a bunch of other stuff! I had to call Thule's 800 number after multiple attempts to unlock my bike rack with no real assistance from the place I purchased it. The customer service representative on the phone with Thule gave me RRT's address and phone number. I called and Emily was doing her "bookwork" but she walked up front and handed the "master keys" to her sales help in the store. They seemed to be expecting me when I arrived and Dalton walked out to my car with me. As the customer service representative on the phone had told me, there is a ring of 100 keys and Dalton tried every one of the them. Luckily, we found it after almost 70 different keys but I was treated so well. They didn't have to help me, I didn't buy the Thule Bike Rack from them. But this will be the first place I go in the future! According to Dalton, they offer FREE installation! It's a nice store in Old Milford and it's apparently been there since 2010. I have been biking the trail for years and I promised Emily, no more Thule from anyone but Roads, Rivers and Trails! They ROCK!!!!!!!! They also have a lot of very attractive clothing and equipment. I will let you know after I go back to shop.
