I have always had a great experience buying my scrubs here. The gentleman who works there was very kind to me, helpful, and even offered to order anything I needed. He embroidered the tops I needed. He said his wife can also do alterations if needed on scrub bottoms purchased there. They have a very large selection of scrubs, in many colors and prints. They rushed me through the store, not giving me a chance to review my purchase. This resulted in them emroidering the wrong sized scrub. They refused a replacement because they already embroidered the logo even though they can easily sell it (my employer is their #1 customer for scrubs). Review your purchase before they embroider your scrubs, don't let them grab the scrubs for you. read more

I love this store! I think it's great to have and the quality of the scrubs are amazing. The woman there yesterday was so helpful. She even stayed late to help me pick out what I needed. Slightly more expensive than Walmart but it's worth shopping here. And the scrubs are so cute. Definitely coming back! read more

Best scrub shop in town. The owner will hem scrubs you buy there for free and will do same day embroidering for a fee. I've been buying scrubs here for 2 years and have been happy with the service and the product. I've checked out some of the other bigger stores in town but always end up just coming back here! read more

I have visited this store on multiple occasions and have not been impressed. The man who works there was very rude with me on the phone on one occasion and I decided I would no longer buy from them. However, being the only Scrub store that I know of in Cheyenne, I thought I would give them another try. I walked in and the store smelled of sweaty feet, and the man was on the phone. A lady was in front of me and he assisted her while on a personal call. I stood there and waited long after the previous customer was gone, while he continued to talk on the phone as if I did not exist. He assisted me while talking on his phone as well. He also ordered me the wrong size pants. I am not impressed. If you have the time, I would recommend driving to Fort Collins or a different city. I would not recommend this store, and will not be going back. read more
