Recently bought a new-to-me Camry that had zero window tint & we were absolutely melting everytime we had to drive in this California HEAT. Thank God for Vicente and SCT Motorsports! They came through with a great quote that met my limited budget and provided fast, high-quality service. I dropped off my car and was treated very professionally by Vicente. He explained the process thoroughly, as well as helping me pick the correct level of tint for my needs. The job was done early and when I picked up the car, I was given excellent care instructions so I could optimize the cure of the tint & make sure it heals properly. Honestly had a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming back to handle the hard water spots/minor paint issues my car needs. Awesome service. Dropped off my 2018 F-150 for ceramic tint all around & it came out great. Now my truck drives a lot cooler & looks clean. I brought in my wife's 4runner for an early Xmas present window tinting and my bro Vicente at SCT helped me figure out the best options to get the exact look she's going for while still being functional. I stopped by back in April to have my original tint removed and new tint applied. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday but they were kind enough to squeeze me in. When the service was completed I was unhappy. There was a hair in the middle of the rear windshield and several bubbles around the edges. To be fair they do let you know before they begin that they cannot guarantee how it will cure due to the previous materials used and the matrix (the little dots at the top of the windshield). I returned about a week or so later and they did not do the corrective service because I wanted to wait (drop off service only). So they sent me on my way and asked me to come back on a Saturday. I returned that same weekend and dropped off my car. When I picked it up I was pleased with how it came out...when I got inside my car I noticed some areas that did not cure well. It has been about a month now and these 3 areas did not cure. I am disappointed that the first time the matrix cured beautifully but had to be redone because they got a hair in it. Now every time I drive I see the 3 spots that didn't cure and it drives me nuts. On the bright side they are not visible from the outside. Only the inside. I won't return or bother them with this issue because 3 visits is more than enough. I wouldn't recommend their services to others because of all the hassle I experienced. My car does look nice though with the new tint. So thank you for taking the time to redo it. read more

Great Location and great Customer Service! I was ready to tint my window and felt great about the company but I only needed one window to be tinted and it wasn't going to match what I already had on my other window. He was very helpful informing me that the company who tinted my windows originally just moved down the street and it would be best to go to him since my tint would probably be the same as what he used 5 years ago... They do a great job at tinting. They are a bit on the expensive side but you are paying for quality tint. The ceramic tint really make a difference in the summer and keep the car a lot cooler. You also don't feel the sun as much when driving which means you aren't getting sunburned as much. I would recommend this place: read more

We bought a 2020 TeslaX model and I did a lot of research on window tinting, clear shield, wrapping/chrome delete and ceramic coating, John knows all of the week services well and he did a great job! We had everything done as described above. The only thing I did was have a buddy powder coat the wheels black but john installed the wheels for me. Turn key...100% satisfied. I had all windows, and the windshield on my car tinted just last month. These guys went above and beyond servicing my window tint. They were able to show a lot of examples around the shop for how the varying shades would look, and were able to accommodate me picking up the car later than their normal closing hours. It looks great overall! There's tiny imperfections on the bottom of the windshield due the tint going over the frits, but that's not unexpected in the process, and everything else was otherwise perfect. If you are looking for XPEL brand window tint, this is the shop to go to! read more

Highly recommended. They are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. What drew me to them was the follow up and the information they had on the products and services they sell. John and his staff answered all my questions and were able to provide good advice to help with the decision making. They were very nice, pleasant to do business with, and I didn't feel pressured at all. I got quotes that ranged from dirt cheap to ridiculously overpriced for the same job. They don't stand by their workmanship. They are nice and friendly and pay a lot of attention to get you in, but if there's any type of correction that needs to be done, they completely push you aside. With a hair on one window and scratches in the other, they had a list of excuses, and nobody wanted to take the time to make the corrections; I had to take my business elsewhere. read more

I highly recommend So Cal Tint for removal of old tint and installation of high quality, new film. I met John first, but David and Gabriel took very good care of me on the same day I stopped by for an estimate. Before considering new tint, I needed them to remove the old, sticky film from my Scion so it took a while. I dropped my car off at noon and picked it up at 6. These guys are amazing! I took my 2021 Tesla for the clear bra, ceramic coating and window tint the DAY AFTER pickup from Tesla. These guys were so professional and trustworthy! So, before they accepted my business, they inspected my car... low and behold they found several issues with my paint, scratches on my passenger window and damage to a headlight! I was livid that Tesla literally gave me my new car in such terrible condition!!! Instead of taking my money and doing the job, they told me to check with Tesla to try and get everything repaired before they did the bra/ceramic coat. I immediately emailed Tesla and will be getting everything fixed with their service department before I can get back to Sol Cal Tint to get my car finished. These guys went out of their way to make my experience with them wonderful! Anyone who is willing to wait for my business instead of trying to gouge my wallet is 100 to me. They were able to tint my windows, except the front driver/passenger (they found deep scratches on the passenger window and advised to get Tesla to repair/replace it first) and my Tesla looks amazing!!!! I can't imagine meeting people with more integrity than So Cal Tint! I strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for clean, professional services!! read more

I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish. I genuinely appreciated him explaining that instead of just doing a quick match and sending me on my way. I dropped my car off at 3 PM and it was completely finished by 6 PM. The turnaround time was amazing. And the quality? Top tier. Milton's work is so high-level that I was even able to roll down my windows on day one -- which says everything about the precision and materials he uses. I came in knowing I wanted tint but having no idea beyond that. Ralph took his time to go through the different options and prices. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything. That never happened here and I felt like an equal. I was treated with a lot of respect. When I was given a time it would be done I told Ralph I couldn't do that because of my acupuncture appointment. He promised he could get it done earlier and the guys did it! They really care about their customers here and treat you like family. What a wonderful company. The store was clean and the work was exactly what I was looking for. High quality, fair price, and consciousness to the customer. Amazing!

The service, quality, and staff here are second to none which is why I come back. I returned with an RX7 for AIR 80 all around for the heat rejection and full visibility. My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!
