They were gentle through the process and very informative about what was being done too. They would show you the little pad of all of the dead skin they would remove from each session too. Scary how many layers of dead skin thickens onto our face over time. The procedures were fairly reasonable. My skin would be a bit sensitive and would sometimes get some minor breakouts afterwards, but they would be removing layers of dead skin off the face after all. They do offer many other facial treatments but I have only had and enjoyed their dermabrasion treatments.

Next appointment- I get seated in a surgical looking room getting prepped for a removal, that had not been discussed of any kind. I promptly told the assistant I wasn't there for any procedure, she then went and got the doctor where again after expressing my concern to take her job literally and examine or take a sample to test of the lump on my head. She again did the "exam" with her finger said I was good and not further would be needed. I am now getting charged $100 for a woman who didn't take her job seriously to have touched my head like my mother would have done. Also the entire staff is rude and snobby and snarky. The staff member tried to push me to increase it to $15-$20, and when I declined, my card was still charged $13 without my consent. That is not okay. Tips should never be pressured or altered without explicit authorization. I recommend double-checking your receipt before leaving. Because of this, I would not return.
