Wow!!!! I finally have the body I wanted and I deserved!!! After having 3 sons, I worked hard to lose the baby weight. I breast fed each boy for at least a year and the boobs just fell differently. I am two weeks + a couple days liposuction post op (I had my upper & lower abdomen, bra roll, flanks, and my chin done) and though, I'm still in a lot of pain with pretty bad swelling on my lower abdomen pubic area, the rest of my body feels and looks great! Please read prior to considering any cosmetic surgery with Dr. Sarosy. It took me years to finally make a complaint, wanting to avoid a confrontation or uncomfortable situation. I find it astounding that this office could not find my OP report and stated it was destroyed but claims they have an email from me asking for larger implants when I went there for a reduction! I NEVER consented to 600cc implants because I was under anesthesia, for a procedure to sew up the 'pocket." When I woke up the nurse said here's your old implants, he put in larger implants hope you are happy. I remember saying OMG they are huge and the nurse put my old implants in a bag for me to take home. This business called me a LIAR and I do not take to that kindly at all, when he failed as a surgeon, took my money, and left me with a complete mess on my chest. I have spent a lot of money on a revision to fix your awful careless "work." I came in to SD Body Contouring for a consultation in December. After going to a few other consultations, I had decided on Dr. Sarosey. I hadn't yet made my appointment, but was planning on making one for Aug/Sept (I just changed jobs and vacation time right). I had such a great experience at my consult, that I decided to call for an appointment for Botox. I called yesterday 6/5 at 12:45pm. The receptionist was short with me and sounded too busy to take my call. I asked how late in the day they take Botox appointments, and she said "June 19th." I said, "thank you, but how Iate in the evening?" She was clearly irritated, and said 4:30. I asked if that was the absolute latest, and she said "Yup." 5 month's post op: My breasts have dropped completely and most scarring is fading. Very happy with the results still. My breast were uneven before surgery and remain a little different, which I was expecting. No complications, no capsular contracture, and scaring is not too bad. Very happy with the size which is more like a DD now. They look and feel very natural and no rippling that I can see even though I have very little skin and fat covering the implant. Very happy that dr sarosy has always been quick to see me whenever I have questions or concerns. Nice knowing you can meet with the doctor whenever needed without any added expense, and with the overall procedure at an affordable price. If you're thinking about it, GO FOR IT! I'm super happy with it, just make sure you do your research on implants and you feel it's right for you. Putting anything in your body that isn't supposed to be there can come with future side effects or problems. You have to go in knowing that at some point you will have another surgery to take them out. 2 weeks post op: LOVING my results! Appreciate dr Sarosy and Sara answering my questions and scheduling appts with me whenever I have any questions or concerns. Still some soreness and light bruising, but otherwise, they are looking very nice! Went from basically nothing after breastfeeding to a D with 495CCs high profile silicone. I've had a terrible experience. I saw "nurse" Kammi, for my very first lip filler injection. So she filled my lips, then insisted that I needed to have the corners of my mouth filled, to make my lips look symmetric or something along those lines. Being that this was my first time, I thought it was the norm. Then as she finishes injecting the corners of my mouth she mentioned that she has leftover filler in the syringe and I shouldn't waste it, So she recommends I have my under eyes filled. I definitely should've said no, But in the moment and the excitement of my very first experience, I let her do it. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Although she did give me a discount on the filler, In my experience you get what you pay for. Do you not come to her. I really question her true professional expertise. So I expected to have bruising, And after about a week and a half I noticed I had very dark circles and lumpy bumpy under eye bags. And even worse that I had jowls, From where she had insisted that I needed filler in the corners of my mouth. So I went and had a second opinion with a cosmetic dermatologist. She told me that Juvederm is not the filler of choice for lower lids as it can cause long term edema there. Best is to have it removed. So I had the filler dissolved and now I have dark discoloration and stretch mark like lines around my mouth, which I can only hope is temporary. Thanks to Wonderful "nurse" Kammi. I was told more than one session may be necessary to remove all the filler that she injected. From here on out I will be seeing another office for the completion of the dissolving. This "nurse" has really caused me emotional and physical pain. I recommend you think long and hard before coming to have any cosmetic injections with Kammi. I've gone in several times in the past for botox and had a variety of results ranging from good to poor, but this past visit inspired me to write this review. i had an appointment with Maria. She was about 15-20 minutes late and my appt was right after their lunch hour ended. (I tried going back and forth looking for them between the two reception doors to make sure they knew I was there but no one was on either side.) Wouldn't have been a big deal but I was a little irritated because when she finally came out, I could see she had clearly just gotten injections in her own face. There were fresh little pricks of blood and redness at the injection spots on her brow and she was dabbing at them as she came down the hall. So, I had rushed out of work early to be on time and meanwhile she was busy getting her own botox. The botox I got (50 units in my forehead and brow) did nothing. So either I'm suddenly the rare 1% who is immune, or they've watered it down. She also tried to up-sell me in a way where I felt like $&@! when I left there, which has never happened in the past at this office. I had another visit or two there previously where the Botox didn't work at all. They did offer to re-do it a couple times before, (once for a botox alternative which proved to be worthless and they stopped using), and I did have them re-do and it worked the second time. So I guess I'm not immune? But this time i didn't want to go back. I imagine most places are watering it down these days, trying to make more money. But I'm hoping to find a doctor who uses it full-strength the FIRST time so I don't have to try to make two appointments and then potentially walk around with bruises twice. If I'm the very rare percentage of the population who is actually immune suddenly, I should probably buy a lottery ticket instead. But I suspect the odds are more likely that they are not using it full strength. Otherwise I think I would consistently be immune, not just sometimes. And I definitely don't want to hear the up-sell sales pitch and won't return to an office that uses that tactic. I'd prefer to go in and get what I paid for, and not leave feeling self-conscious about what else the nurse thinks I need to do. read more

After almost two years of pain, discomfort, uneven, BOTCHED breasts I thought it was finally time to write a review to hopefully save some women from dealing with what I have had to deal with. I got a breast augmentation from Dr Sarosy in December 2016... and have had many problems ever since. The first issue I had was a few weeks post op... my breasts were finally settling and it was 150% obvious my breasts were two very different sizes. Dr Sarosy swore he filled them to what I wanted... which was a little more CCs in my left breast, but it was obvious he did exactly the opposite..even my size cards said he filled my right one more than the left. So I went back under the knife so he could "fix" that mistake. Unfortunately, my left breast is STILL smaller, sits way higher, and I have very bad capsular contracture. I went back into his office many times for ultrasounds, I massaged as I was instructed to do, and tried everything else under the sun.... and I still live in pain and discomfort every single day. My last appointment with Dr Sarosy he basically told me to live with it cause there's a chance the surgery to release the scar tissue might not even work. That was the very last time I went to that office and I won't ever be back. Complete waste of my money because I am so unhappy with my breasts. The unevenness, the terrible scarring, the pain, the hardness... all of it. So do yourself a favor... don't do what I did! Spend more money and go to a different Dr. One more thing, do not let the statue of limitations run out if you are living in pain and misery like I am. Take action right away! UPDATE: yesterday I got my breast implants removed. Kaiser covered the explant because I had Baker IV capsular contracture. I also had my right breast slightly displacing. There was also a slimy film between my pec muscle and the capsule around the implant. PLEASE DO YOUR OWN IN DEPTH RESEARCH ON ANY TYPE OF IMPLANTS. so since then I decided to go with Dr Sarosy. Turned out fantastic. The surgery was great! the nurses were so very nice. From what I could tell the place was spotless! and as for the anesthesiologist, he was so very kind and did a fantastic job, obviously because I'm alive and well. Dr. Sarosy is great, he doesn't seem to spend a lot of his time with me but he might be really busy. He did a great job. He and the nurses have been there for me every step of the way. Talking me through things and reassuring me and even checking up on my incisions randomly if I feel they needed a looking at. When it comes to the surgery itself, I'm on the fence right now. I'm still very swollen and the reality of the scars are setting in. I had a wound separation. That's when the tension causes a "whole" where your stitches where, apparently its normal. he fixed it with something and now I'm better! other wise they are healing pretty good I think. Stay away from this place. I have been getting Botox treatments over 10 years and my Dr. moved away so I needed to find new Dr. for treatments. First try Ok! but then got worse. My face does not look even, I looked much better before the treatments. They don't even honor brilliant distinction points. Last straw was my last visit. I spend my lunch break to make it to my appointment and after waiting 15 minutes to be called nurse behind the counter told me that Dr. was not available. I got upset and she said oh well what ever.
