I don't know where to begin. I had breast reduction surgery on May 6, 2025 today is January 1, 2026. As I sit here and compose this post, I am still in Pain. It has been an ongoing ordeal. I noticed the first onset of something festering around June 6, 2025 about a month after the surgery. I had a scabby very painful area that I took a photo of and sent to the office and informed them of the pain.. I was told to just put vitamin E ointment on it it was just a spit stitch. That stitch turned into cellulitis, which caused me to have to go to Urgent Care and to the ER To have a drained. Twice. After two rounds of heavy duty antibiotics for 10 days and shots of antibiotics I thought maybe I was going to ok. The ER doctor suggested that I go back to Dr sessions to have additional drainage performed to prevent the pus from building up and bursting. I went back to Dr sessions unfortunately, he did not drain it. The Abscess ended up bursting later that night. It became an abscess the size of a half dollar. My primary caregiver has been proactive and trying to help me. I do not know what's going to happen. My primary caregiver says that it probably needs to be opened back up As he thinks that there are tunnels that have formed... from the infection, not being treated immediately. I cannot recommend in Good merit this establishment. The pain that I am feeling right now I cannot begin to tell you. Please take care and do your due diligence before you have surgery here he does not use drains for breast reduction, I had no idea how important having drains for breast surgery is. Until I have been going through this pain. From inadequate drainage. May have led to the infection. There were many opportunities that I was notifying them that I was having burning tingling itching pain that should've been a red flag for Any medical professional. Having a surgeon that is proactive and aggressive with respect to infections is very important. read more

Hi everyone, I've never written a review before but so happy with how all my procedures have turned out that wanted to share my experience for anyone out there considering surgery. I can't recommend Dr Sessions enough! Staff Jennifer and Joy have been amazing and a pleasure to work with! So kind and informative. Here's the list of what I've had done and info on me so you have an idea of where I'm coming from. I'm 5"1' weight 140ish, had gastric bypass 13 years ago (lost 90 lbs), regained and re-lost about 50 lbs. so had loose skin, especially around my tummy, arms, thighs and breasts were at my waist! lol So in 2022 I met with 4 different doctors for consults. When I had my consult with Doc Sessions, I knew he was the one! From the moment I entered in office I got a good feeling. I went to Dr Sessions in 2002 for a tummy tuck and breast implants. He was the 12th doctor in interviewed. I could have saved a LOT of time had he been the first. From the minute I walked in the door I knew. Not only is he the absolute BEST, his staff is too. Dr Sessions thoroughly explained in detail both procedures..he didn't have me disrobe to give me my first consultation. He also told me about possible complications, specifically, capsular scarring (http://www.implantforum.com/capsular-contracture/). The 11 doctors I had interviewed prior to him did not tell me this. I had gotten it. If I hadnt been told about it and got caught by surprise, I know I would have been stressed. Dr Sessions is the best. He doesnt catgorize, takes each patient as an individual. He doesnt tell you to bring a picture of the breast that you want. He doesnt tell you to pick a size (cup size). Every one is different, everyone has different breasts, tissue, skin, etc. I didnt want to pick a breast from a picture. I wanted my own. I had asked Dr Sessions about thebags under my eyes. His answer was "You dont have bags, I am not touching your eyes, ask me in ten years" I LOVE that he didnt do it just because I asked him to, that as a professional, he said I didnt need it. He also removed my daughters keloid scar from a belly button piercing and left a tiny, barely visible scar. The man is AWESOME. Thirteen years later, I am still happy. I stopped in to see him recently. The staff has changed but the warm welcome has not. I felt like I had been talking to these women for years. Unfortunately, I missed the good doctor. I had 2 procedures done with Dr. Sessions and I was VERY happy with him and his staff that I've recommended him to several of my friends who have all been very pleased with his work. He takes time to explain the procedure, called me personally the day before and after the procedure, provided me with his cell number to call anytime. I am extremely displeased with the work and the broken promises. The costs don't include "repairs". I had a breast augmentation and lift and a tummy tuck. Both with the promise that I would be in a bikini within a month "and I would look great!" I had a hemorrhage on my right breast and was bruised all the way down to my hip bone. After that healed, the outer side of the same breast was flat and required an additional procedure to correct. During that same corrective procedure he had to reopen the incision around my areola to correct a problem. It fixed the problem but now I have an obvious HUGE scar and a discolored areola. The healing time was long and extensive. After all was done, im still not pleased with the finished product. When I don't wear a bra, my breasts lay flat on my chest and look awful. They look ok when wearing a bra but I'm embarassed to show them to anybody uncovered (naked). I was told this too could be modified....more to follow on that. Before the tummy tuck, I was told there would be a small scar in my pubic hair region and would be healed & ready for that bikini within a month. NOT!! He placed in 2 separate drain bulbs that were to remain for approximately 3 days. It was more like 3 weeks and I also had to go in 4 times to have blood drained from my stomach with a huge syringe. I still have a scar at the area the blood was sucked out and 2 round scars where the 2 drain tubes were located. It gets worse......the "small scar" is actually 8 inches long and runs from hip bone to hip bone. Well above where your underwear will cover. In about a 4 inch area, the scar is about 1/2 inch wide At each hip bone, the scar has bunched up and it looks like I have nipples there. A year later now and I still don't have any feeling on my stomach even though that too was to be temporary. When you go in for your consultation, you're told the cost (I spent $11, 000) would cover everything, including repairs. In actuality, any repairs that require anesthesia he will charge you at least $500 which is on top of what you already paid. Bottom line.....go somewhere else. The office staff and Dr Sessions are nice and friendly while they're trying to get your business. However, if yoy require any follow-on work, they hardly give you the time of day. I'm embarassed of how I look and embarassed to show my body to anybody let alone wear a bikini!! read more

I went to Dr Session in Dec 2015. For an eyelid lift and a necklift. He is super nice untill there is an issue and then you will see his true self. Now I have one eyelid larger than the other. Scars coming out of the corners of my eyes. Dr Session told me the incisions would be only in the crease of my eyeslids and would not be noticeable however the scars look like my eyelids have been torn out. I have to wear eyeshadow and eyeglasses to try and cover it up. I have drooping eyebrows and my left eye is irritated most of the time. I also have floaters in my left eye which I did not have before. I also have a crease on my nose from one corner of my eye to the other corner of my eye do to the drooping eyebrows. On my neck he did get the sagging skin but only to leave a pouch of skin sagging under the right side of chin/jaw. My ears now look deformed so I can never wear my hair up. On top of all that he was rude in his comments and would not acknowledge his mistakes. He only said "your eyelid is only a "little" bigger than the other" Wow! Unbelievable but true. I have to work hard with makeup to try and make it not so noticeable. I have also realized he has no integrity because after I disputed the charge to the Financial Institution who financed me he actually straight out lied. He told them that when I came in complaining of my eye being irritated he found It to be en eyelash which is totally untrue. He also said the results were compromise because I gained a significant amount of weight. Now if that were true what would that have to do with floaters in my eye, scars coming out of the corner of my eyes and deformed looking ears. Yes I did gain only a few pounds but because I was battling depression after seeing the results. It is so scary to think I trusted Dr Session. If you plan on seeing this doctor please make sure you search all social media for reviews. After seeing a Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon I was told It would cost me 14 thousand dollars just to get rid of the sagging skin and fix the ears. Got a tummy tuck done here and although sessions is a nice guy, he's not the best plastic surgeon. He totally hacked my stomach and I have a huge scar. It's been about 8 years since my surgery and the scar is still so noticeable and can't really be hidden. The scar goes across my lower stomach and then up on each hip! I definitely wouldn't recommend. Oh, also, I had "dog ears" after my procedure and has to have another revision surgery, which of course, was close to another $1000. read more

I had slits in my earlobes from wearing too heavy of earrings and also from wearing my earrings too tight when I was little. When I was in high school I decided to stretch my ears a little and those made the slits even worse. Since taking the gauges out I haven't been able to wear regular stud earrings and I was really self conscious about my ears when people would ask me what happened to them. I finally decided to get them fixed. After talking with a few other offices I decided I wanted to get my ears stitched here and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I just got my stitches out and my ears look perfect!! I am so happy! I also have to add that every single person I talked to in the office was great. I have been going to Dr Sessions for 20 years. Had a breast augmentation done first. I did have some complications with my surgery.. I had a capsule in my right breast. I had 5 surgeries to try and correct the problem .. My right breast would get hard as a rock and hurt. After 2 years of this nightmare and multiple surgeries he suggested we just completely remove the right breast so it could completely heal. I went 5 months with only one implant and would place a implant on in inside if my right bra so it would appear they were the same size. I was a ddd on one side and a b on the other ... After one final surgery my body didn't reject it completely. I had a little capsule but it was livable. About 8 years later I started getting Botox from him. I then went back because it was time to replace my breast it had been about 15 years. As always he's as nice as can be. I asked him about a tummy tuck he gave me great advice and 2 weeks later I looked like a new person I had beautiful smaller breast no capsule this time. (I wanted them smaller) and a beautiful tummy. Now let me say I have seen a lot of tummy tucks and it's been about 8 years since my surgery. But I never have seen one that looks as natural and beautiful as mine. I also sent 2 co workers to him last year one got a tummy tuck and both got their Brest done.. They loved him. I will be going in the next few months for my eyes..
