Anyone in the piano business understands that age alone is not the problem. The issue is the actual condition of the instrument, which was not accurately represented. Second, sending photos does not replace honest disclosure. Photos cannot always reveal structural issues, soundboard problems, pinblock condition, or other mechanical defects that materially affect the value and playability of a piano. As someone who claims to have sold hundreds of instruments, you know that. Third, attempting to discredit me personally instead of addressing the condition of the piano says more about your business practices than it does about me. Writing a review about a poor experience is not a "threat," it is consumer feedback. That is the purpose of review platforms. Fourth, the fact that the piano was sent to another dealer is irrelevant. Dealers frequently purchase instruments remotely. That does not absolve a seller from accurately representing what they are selling. If you truly stand behind the claim of "399 satisfied customers," then addressing legitimate concerns about the 400th would be the professional way to handle it, rather than deflecting and attacking the buyer. While the business is very guitar-dominated, the customer can find basses, keyboards, drums, banjos, and ukuleles - and all the accompanying equipment. If you're looking for that gently used Gibson Les Paul, Music Go Round will sell it to you at a better price than Guitar Center will. The selling process at Music Go Round is simple, straightforward, and honest. In my case, I sold a very nice banjo I no longer played, as well as an inexpensive electric guitar. The store owner diligently checked the banjo's specific model (which was not a simple task), looked at its selling pice on Reverb, and made me a fair offer. I was given another fair offer on the guitar. Once the deal was complete, off I went with a check and lots of memories of my banjo pickin' days. This place is really cool though! They are a jack of all trades. They support music rehearsals, instrument repair, and also have a small store inside. They have wifi, water, good bathrooms and great ownership. I can not wait to have a chance to go back. This is the type of place that no matter if you are wanting to practice with your band or just listening to a showcase that it's comfortable and inviting. It feels like and is a professional space. From what I understand, it is the only place like this in the indianapolis area like this too! I would highly recommend checking it out if you are in need of one of their many services. Party on!

He was so knowledgeable and I felt his love for music glimmer through our conversarions about his experience getting exposed to music at a young age. The pricing was also very fair and competitive, and for the knowledge, services and the local violin shop experience, i am grateful there are shops like this in the area and think they offer a way better vibe and experience that's just not the same as ordering online.
