Before assuming your customers are not reading the information on your business site, make sure you take the time to ask questions to understand exactly what they are referring to. Edit: you could have said what you updated your message with in the beginning rather than making it seem as if your customers did not read the information that was given on your site. All explanations would have been cleared up then, however you wanted to come and try to reiterate the message as if their was a lack of clarity.
