One thing to note, he is very strict on timing, so if you think you've got an extra five minutes, you don't.. LOL Now onto the tour itself. I've done quite a few wine tours, and unfortunately this one was my least favorite. It was also the first wine tour I've done that only visited two locations, which was a bit of a letdown. The first winery had a nice selection, we got three wine tastings. The Burgundy was my favorite from The Heritage flight. The property itself was beautiful to walk around, with amazing scenery and lots of great photo spots. We also stopped by the sweets shop and picked up a few treats. There were also surrounding shops near the winery. Personally, they weren't really my style, but that comes down to taste. If you like clothing and home décor, you might enjoy it more. Clothing prices looked to start around $50 and went up from there. The home décor shop was very cute with lots of handmade items, mostly in the $20 range and higher. I skipped the candle shop due to allergies. The charcuterie board was a nice touch and came with a good variety of items. The second wine location included five tastings. I personally wasn't a fan of the wines here. One person in our group ordered a glass from the regular menu and shared it, it was much better than the tasting options, and most of the group seemed to agree this stop was a bit of a disappointment. That said, the views were absolutely incredible. The pizza included in the tour was a highlight for me, I had the vegetarian, and it was really good. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. There wasn't much walking around at this stop, so we mostly stayed at the table and ate. My favorite parts of the tour was the food and the tour guide. I'm glad I tried it and can check another wine region off my list, even if it wasn't my favorite experience overall. For reference, we were picked up at 9:45 AM and dropped off around 3:00 PM.

The pricing was super reasonable for the amount of travel time and top-tier service we received, and we felt completely safe the entire time in Baja. The wineries were beautiful, the food was amazing, and the whole day was seamless thanks to our driver Daniel -- if you book, definitely request him! I 1000% recommend Baja Winery Tours we're already planning our next one!

Tour runs after we get a total of 6 signups. However what I was referring to was the email I received which stated " You're reservation for Public Taste of Baja Tour on Saturday, July 1, 2023 for 2 tickets has been cancelled. Before assuming your customers are not reading the information on your business site, make sure you take the time to ask questions to understand exactly what they are referring to. The condescending annotation in your reply is another reason why I would never go on this tour. Edit: you could have said what you updated your message with in the beginning rather than making it seem as if your customers did not read the information that was given on your site. All explanations would have been cleared up then, however you wanted to come and try to reiterate the message as if their was a lack of clarity.

I am local to the area and had no idea these vineyards had restaurants and were open to the public. So this tour opened my mind to a different lifestyle and places to dine outside of the city. My guide Mindy Gaylor, was very professional and knowledgeable about the vineyard. Her hospitality made us feel very welcomed and she was very attentive. She was a great host, provided water, and got the door at the shuttle and at the vineyards while coming and going from the vineyards. She also brought my wine and souvenirs to the shuttle so I can be free of carrying items around and be more attentive to my date. Very good choice of up beat music during transportation and very well mannered. I have already recommended this tour to friends and family.

The van was fully decorated, and champagne served and music on. Our first stop Maurice Carie, Tasted wines, enjoyed a great live band, charcuterie, and a fabulous pastry, baked Brie. Eddie showed us the Barrel Room and shared some information about the barrels. Our next step was Lorimar winery, we enjoyed wine, live music, the outdoor patio was packed with people having a great time. The air was chilly, but they had heaters for comfort. They served a buffet meal which was quite delicious and generous! Our server at Lorimar made herself available for anything we needed. Eddie, our driver even fetched our sweaters when we needed them. This was event first class, fun, and no hassle. We all had a great time! The only challenge, which is typical at public events, long bathroom line for the women at Lorimar. This place was rockin' and with music and dancing!

On our most recent visit, with another couple, we had a few hiccups with the service. The wine and bussing service were excellent. But we had to flag down the waiter to bring a missing salad after a lengthy delay. We started with an escargot appetizer ($18) with tarragon and basil compound butter, which didn't match the traditional garlic butter recipe in most restaurants. The snails weren't terrific, either. The Strawberry Caprese was a hit, and it was also $18. For entrées, the pan-seared scallops ($43) were the favorite. Followed by the chicken with seasonal vegetables ($36), then the duck (two ways, $39), confit and roasted, with the roasted being a bit dry, and a decent Madeira sauce. A couple at the next table praised the peppercorn steak, an 8-ounce ribeye, for $48.
