We asked her to clean him up a bit and said that he likes his hair long; Long on top and short at the sides. The lady who cut his hair took almost all of his hair off. She gave him almost the exact hair cut she herself had. During the hair cut she also expressed frustration with his hair and wouldn't stop cutting even though I told her that's enough multiple times. Now I have a kid who feels completely demoralized and doesn't want to leave the house--and he has school in a few days. I am heartbroken to see him like this. Will never be returning.
