I mistakenly let my propane get to empty for the first time ever! I misread the needle and found myself freezing during some unusual cold weather we are having. The entire staff at Delta knows what they are doing when it comes to propane. We had a propane leak on the property that they detected and advised that we contact our plumber to identify and repair. It turns out that the plumber was not experienced enough to repair and wound up damaging the replacement part. It turns out that Delta had the part and was able to perform the repair! I like Carrie at Delta RV she is so very nice and always is very to my two boys Bubba he's a Chihuahua and Chewbacca he's a Rottweiler she always make sure I don't leave without a treat (bone or a biscuit) for both of them. They don't let their customers that are on supposedly monthly routes know when they will be in the area incase they are low. I paid 7 business days ago for a full tank and they still don't know when they will deliver. There only comment is that we were just out there. Tank is now @ 15%. read more

My family has been customers with DLE for decades. They have always worked hard to help us, but when PGE started cutting power at the slightest breeze and we decided to put in a large propane generator, DLE really came through. They answered all of our questions and stayed in touch (thanks Rob!) for the 14 months it took to get the generator. We finally went to install it this week, and the whole team came together to make it happen. Rodney came and set the tank, with a great attitude. And he was fun to chat with. Once the install was complete, Kim and Mac found a way to get the tank filled the next morning, even though it was not our route day. Rodney was back to pressure test the tank and do final sign off. Excellent Service! Amerigas was horrible to work with, even the delivery guy said he doesnt like working there anymore because there is no local office, and you get a robot when you call them. The final straw was when they missed our emergency refill appointment. I then called Delta, and bum ba da bum! Martha to the rescue! :) They were kind, efficient, fast , and friendly! Got us not only set up with our account , but we have an appt for the same day for them to come switch out the other company's tank and replace it with a full one! They are a locally owned company, with an office in south paso with real people in it! No robot answering service here! What a great experience. These guys are awesome! We installed an outdoor fire pit and had an issue not getting enough flame. After talking with multiple plumbers, landscapers, etc. we had almost given up and settled with what we had. We decided to call delta to see if they could recommend a fire pit specialist. Seriously sneaky, mean and horrible. Shut off our propane during COVID crisis because they are exempt from regulation. Use at your own risk. As my husband pointed out, they could have A) talked to us if they were worried about payment B) hung up a red notice, they drive by everyday C) called, emailed or sent a letter They say they called and sent notices, but I received nothing until the day they shut off the tank. Also, I looked at the bill I just got yesterday. No shut off notice, no notice of any kind. And the amount is nearly $100.00 more than the bill the driver left when he filled the tank. After my provider quoted me $5/gal for a fill, I decided to go a little research as that sounded high. Talking with a few companies I stumbled across Delta. After speaking with Rob, I knew they were different than what I was used to. They don't hit you with a million different fees and their fill rate was great (around 3.69 or so for mid winter, if I remember correctly), and even better for the first fill (2.49). Of course rates fluctuate all the time but this was far better that the 5 bucks from the other guys I had some problems with my system that they alerted me to. Rob kept in constant contact with me and my barrage of questions while I remedied the problems Great staff, great rates, prompt service, going above and beyond, don't fee you to death...what can I say, I'm glad that I found Delta for my future propane needs. Having an RV is an adventure in more ways than one. We bought or RV new and love it although there are always something that needs addressing down the road you might say. Our RV only had a few problems so we feel lucky for that. The TV went out first thing and had to, per the manufacturer go through the supplier which was not to bad, but taking it to have it fixed was something else. So I call an RV dealer that I was told could take care of the TV and was given the run around by them but finally resolved with fortitude and driving back and forth to the dealer down in Nipomo. Should of bought a new better TV! So when the heater didn't work basically from the day I bought it, same thing, fortitude! Run around from the Manufacturer, told to take the RV to Sky Rivers and was told yea, since you didn't buy the RV here we can look at it in Nov.!? So hoping for the best I called Delta Liquid Energy and to my surprise they treated me with respect and no run around. Got my RV right in with an appointment, they detected the problem, contacted the manufacturer, repaired the problem and explained to me what had been wrong with the unit and got me back on the road with minor costs!
