Microwave, Mini Frig, T.V with Cable. Small coffee pot set up. A desk, table 2 chairs. Hangers and luggage rack. There is a great Pool which is a big perk. Unfortunately, this year was to cold to swim. We had swam last year and it was great! There is a Supermarket across the street and the beach not far at all. The motel provides an informative binder. The town center is actually within walking distance for most people about 1/4 to 1/2 miles away. Becareful though, the road in front of the property, at the traffic lights gets very busy. We witnessed a bad car accident while waiting to cross the street, the 1st year. A Continental Breakfast with delicious homemade muffins is served every morning. To be totally transparent and give a 100% honest review these next things were a few minor issues that only happened our last visit. The water pressure in the shower was very slow. No shower liner, (not the problem) the fabric curtian got soaking wet and wet the whole floor, causing a slipping hazzard. The soap and shampoo/conditioners weren't filled. We were supposed to be given a second key that was never dropped off. Had the T.V. shut off at about 10pm while we were watching, out of nowhere. I called the office to let the staff know and got a NOT my problem response, that I wasn't excepting. This year we had tried to book 2 days again, but only one was available. We decide to take the 1 night and pay more then we would have elsewhere. No sure about next year.

I will say we got here early by around 9ish and the parking lot was still pretty empty. We were only coming for like 2 hours so I do wish there was some sort of a different rate if you're not here for a full or even a half day. It was super chilly and windy even though it was the end of July, but we did enjoy laying down and getting some salt water breeze and just the sound of the water was enough to be able to enjoy. Some parts of the sand are rocky but we landed in an area that was pretty flat and sandy. As we were leaving, the parking lot was packed and I can imagine this being a place that gets filled and booked up if you don't come by a certain time. Pro tip: If you hike/walk/ride into the park, you can avoid the $25 parking fee. Other than that, be sure to bring your coral reef safe sunblock, pickup after yourself (and others if you love turtles), bring plenty of snacks and stay hydrated. Would I come to this beach as my main destination, probably not. For sure a one and done but absolutely enjoyed getting some beach and relax time.

They should remove the rocks and bring in soft sand and build a staircase with landing pads so its not that steep for elderly and older folks to get up and down from the beach.

The off-season is always good when there's no fees and there's plenty of room. Nice volleyball courts & food is across the street. If you want to get a lobster roll or burger and of course a great sunset they I'm enjoying it right now.

The beach has nice sand, shells, birds, small fish, snd more. Kids love watching the sea life, making sand castles, and swimming. Life guard towers are present, but not always occupied. There is a parking fee during the day. At night it is free if you want to watch a sunset or walk. Check the town schedule for fireworks. This is an ideal site to view them. In all a good scenic beach.

There is a $30 fee, but it gives you the whole day and all of the beaches there is a fee so it just is what it is. The bathrooms were immaculate! Plenty of stalls to choose from and it was spotless. I felt very comfortable using it. As far as the beach, go early because it does get crowded, but you will enjoy soft sand and rolling waves. Plus you can take a leisurely walk down the beach to get those steps in!

This location has a decent amount of parking and access to all of the amenities Craigville Beach has. My trip to Eugenia Fortes was quiet and peaceful. I talked to some local speedwalking moms (my people!) and got into some gossip about the local celebrity homes. (We're talking about you college scandal parents!) It was fun to catch up but then I was on my merry way. I wore my oversized sunnies, a flowy skirt, a big hat, and enjoyed my feet in the sand. Not many were on the beach and the dock was desolate. As I walked closer to the sands in front of JFK's home I quieted my mind and thought of what it must have been like for him to grow up here, to then use this place as his safe haven as a President, the losses this home felt, and in turn John John's plane being out in that water. Dried up crab shells were all around. I could pick up any shell I wanted. The sand was cool and soft under my feet. These moments all to myself, these grand old Americana homes on the water, the beautiful sun glistening on the ocean... I get it. It really is stunning and the legacy can be felt on your skin when the wind blows.

The road to the beach is dirt and down to one lane in some spots therefore, I recommend riding your bike. It's an overgrown tree covered lane that gives it a real sense of privacy.
