Everything is there you need, beach chairs, coffee maker, coffee, sheets, towels and tons of games and things to do. It is truely the best of the beach on a beautiful golf course. We are thrilled with our stay each time. The two restaurants blew my mind. The food was literally mouth watering delicious. Every time we took a bite we looked at each other in disbelief, the chef nailed it EVERY time!!!!! We never wanted to go out to eat at any other restaurants! The unit and surrounding areas were overrun with cobwebs and spiders. It was unsettling to leave and return to the unit, as the hallways and staircases were filled with webs and spiders that we had to walk through. We resorted to using a broom each time we exited just to avoid being bitten or entangled. Additionally, the carpet was in the hall was in poor condition--filthy, heavily stained, and emitting unpleasant odors. It is evident that the building is not being cleaned on a regular basis, which is especially disappointing given that guests are paying for a comfortable vacation stay. We informed the owners about the dust in the unit and they apologize and refunded the cleaning fee, Also, we informed the owners about the halls and stairs, who acknowledged that this has been an ongoing issue. This level of maintenance and cleanliness is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly.
