Aside from the obviously exquisite views, the building management is beyond professional, accommodating and approachable. They are always ensuring that the lounge room is filled with drinks and snacks, and the building is always clean (which the porter also adopts the same traits as the management and he is the sweetest). They do everything they can so that all residents are content. There are far more amenities than any other building surrounding the area as well. read more

The apartments are gorgeous with a beautiful floor plan overlooking Pacific Ocean. An unparalleled service and a square footage makes this building one of the best of its kind in Los Angeles. Beach is in a walking distance. And It is just like living in a boutique hotel in a presidential suite. Rick ( concierge) is amazing and very professional. Words truly cannot express how grateful we are that fate connected our family to Sea View Villas. A major property damage forced us out of our home and we settled in this transitional residence in early in 2020. There was the initial solace displaced by the property manager, Elly, during phone conversations which first made us feel things would be better. Little did we, as the rest of the world, realize how challenging times would soon become as we settled just before the beginning of the Covid Crisis. Although there was some trepidation about being one of the first in a new complex, Sea Villas turned out to be a haven during the period of quarantine, home schooling and teleworking. Overlooking PCH, it would be difficult to imagine a better location as it afforded us long walks overlooking the tranquility of the Pacific. Less than 2 min walk to the beach, Vons and landscape stairway allowed our family just the necessary freedom outdoors and convenience, yet ability to maintain adequate social distancing. This is all without mentioning the amenities. A boutique gym, billiards room, lap pool and spa are all purposefully designed for health, relaxation and a intimate, resort type experience. All of this can been found in a blanket property description. However, what can't be conveyed online in the genuine kindness and endless efforts to accommodate our family shown by Elly and Rick during these unprecedented times. They even expending personal time to help us organize a drive through Baby Shower. Sure, the amenities and locations are excellent, but these are accessible in Southern California. To have these qualities in a setting without pretentious but rather instead, an accommodating staff who makes you feel like family, is a special find. read more
