Fast forward many months later- because I decided European wax had worked best but then again got tired of the drive . Called and booked my appointment well in advance over the phone to get an experienced waxer. Appointment day comes up and they call me to cancel. Wax specialist is ill. I realize shit happens but no other available time would work as I was leaving town that afternoon. Messaged the manager and got offered a 15% off next wax compensation. I find this almost offensive as I've been waxing for years and was forced to shave after waxing for yrs. Will never try waxpot again. Lesson learned.
