They have serviced this system at least 10 times for a multitude of problems of there own making. Wrong ducting to the rooms at each end of house (ie) 4 bedrooms. Hardly any air movement what so ever. We paid for 8 " ducts but got 6". The latest is it keeps popping a 5 amp fuse in the system, so they said the thermostat wire needed to be replaced ( which was supposed to be done at install of a COMPLETE install. My house is subfloor , wire is about 35' easy to do and they want 600 dollars. I'm done with Cunningham. PAY HEED

Every single person I came in contact with was professional yet down to earth and it was obvious our comfort was more important to them than the associated profit in the transaction. Weber even got us a $200 factory rebate the "other guy" didn't even offer. The communication from WEBER was great and promised times were kept . The installation was "clean" and just plain looked great . The hauled away the old equipment and cleaned up their work areas. In speaking to the installer crew I found all to be related to the family who owns this company, in summary they care about their reputation and treat each client as a friend. As for pricing, they came in $2,240 under for the same TRANE system elsewhere. In short you can't do better than WEBER and I strongly recommend you include them when choosing AC replacement or repair.

The ductwork in my parents' home was original 1960's and the insulation had come off so we got…read morequotes to replace it. Pete was referred to us by my dad's usual A/C guy who is no longer working due to health issues. Pete came up, the price was fair and we hired him to do the job. Due to the old ductwork leaking water onto he ceiling, a small section of ceiling fall when his helper set a tool bag on it, so he patched it best he could and since the returns, which were underground, were nasty, he offered to clean them and sanitize the entire home including the attic to help kill the mold which you could smell from the old ducts leaking. I am getting ready to ask him about cleaning the ducts in my own home and possibly my rental unit when I saw there were no reviews. (I thought I had already left one when the work was done a year ago but I guess I was wrong)
