When I moved to Florida 3 years ago I was so happy to find out we have a few PNC bank locations in town. I was in this PNC branch this past week and again like others the customer service was wonderful. This PNC branch has the software and the machine to make new and replacement PNC cards. This is so helpful! If your card gets lost, stolen, or just is old and you need a new one, this place can create you a new card in the matter of a few minutes. It is also nice that you can keep the same number as well. The staff and Bankers are always really friendly and help answer lots of questions! I would for sure recommend this bank in the Gainesville area!

I went in to complete a business wire transfer and received an unprofessional attitude from the banker. I reported my concerns to the branch manager, but nothing was done. I asked several times, including calling the bank afterward, whether my wire transfer had gone through and was repeatedly told yes. I later discovered that the transfer was never completed, causing serious inconvenience and delays for my business. After more than 15 years as a customer, I expected much better service, accuracy, and accountability from PNC Bank. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in this branch.

Our auto loan is with this credit union; we do not do any other banking with them. We've had no issues with that, until recently when they did not process a check timely (which was mailed to them on time). Once again I tried to see if I could setup an online payment link but could not. So I called their customer service only to have to go through another process to setup verification questions. Then was finally told they could not help me with the website but everything looked great on their end for a transfer! There is no option on my end to transfer them any money though! Oh, and I was told I could pay by debit card over the phone, with an additional fee and it was recommended that I put a stop pay on the check that wasn't yet cashed even though they had no way to notate my account NOT to cash that check (if they received it late) and if they did end up cashing it I would of course be charged a returned check fee! Horrible website, horrible customer service, horrible banking experience!

We have returned a couple of times to do business but will not return, as there is always some issue. There is a dark haired young woman who works at the Bronson branch that is downright snotty. You are not treated like a customer at this branch, but an inconvenience. We even thought about closing our account and opening one at Drummond Bank but left this location and went to the Williston Capital City branch, where we were treated much better and managed to get the business done that we needed to get done. Amanda was very friendly and helpful at the Williston branch! We will go there from now on and AVOID the Bronson branch.
