We are so thankful for Real Mitchell's Towing!…read more We got a flat tire on the way to the airport! We have Nationwide, and they dispatched them to us! When we told them the situation, they went out of their way to come and help us sooner. They got to us within 20 minutes and put the spare on in probably 15 minutes or so! We would use them again in the future!

The…read moretechnician arrived, but told me he did not have the right equipment to get me out, instead he said he'd return the following day. The following day he called my wife to give her an estimate after claiming my insurance company was taking too long to approve the charges. What he was asking for is $850 to pull out an SUV, that amount sounds as if an 18 wheeler was involved. In what seemed like an effort to get me to pay out of pocket in a hurry, they told me they wanted to get the vehicle pulled before the next storm. Off course, typical insurance speed, they took forever to approve thw charges, but I was glad in the end they did. I reluctantly gave the wrecker service a go ahead, to which the jumped to ask to process payment before they even gave me an eta. I refused to buy that, and later retracted my ask for help. The charge seemed extraordinarily high, and sure it was! I reached to my insurance one more time, and they finally sent a better deal for me...it didn't take 15 minutes to be pulled out, and for only $100, which insurance paid. In the meantime Mitchell's called asking for permission to send a technician to ge me pulled during my absence. No thank you Mitchel!

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews -- in fact, I almost never do. But this time, I had to…read more From July 29 to August 2, my car was successfully transported from Virginia to California in just 5 days. That may sound simple, but after what I went through with other shipping companies, it felt like a miracle. Even after paying deposits and full fees, other companies never showed up and completely ignored the agreed-upon pickup times. I was truly at a loss, feeling hopeless -- until I opened Yelp around midnight and decided to give it one last try. That's when I found Zoltan. He responded immediately, even at that hour. Within minutes, he confirmed my pickup and got everything moving. His professionalism, speed, and reliability were beyond anything I had experienced before. I will never use another car shipping company again. Zoltan -- thank you for turning a nightmare into a smooth, stress-free experience. This isn't just a review. It's my way of saying thank you for saving the day.

Especially because I'd removed the hard top of my jeep and installed the soft. My jeep should not have been questioned. I specifically asked, I drove it to the location which was an hour uber ride home for me, so it would be here earlier than it was. My jeep did arrive in great shape. The driver couldn't deliver it to my address because he was unsure of where to park the rig, so I had to get a ride to a local park where there was more room to unload. This was my first experience shipping. I will likely do it again but I will never submit for quotes. Its 4 months later and other shippers are still nagging me.
