This place is the worse. First off, the girl that works…read morethere is the worse person to speak to. (Shes in the office right when you talk in. I think her name is Shay.) She acts like she knows everything and is very rude to everyone. When you ask to speak to the manager (who's also the owner, he could care less about your problems. His answer is mostly what do you want me to do about it?) I was going to order a sign for my business and they told me that the turnaround was going to be from 3 - 4 weeks! That's ridiculous. I called and asked to have them come out to measure my sign to see what the measurements were. They said there would be a small fee which i didnt mind. i waited 3 days for that. On the 4th day i called back and when i asked to speak to the manager, they put the phone down and the girl said, "that annoying ass guy is calling about us going to check his sign. I then heard the owner say, lie to him and tell him someone will be there around 7pm to check his sign if he has my money. If he doesnt have the money, he doesnt know that we are closed and will never know if someone showed up or not.) I HEARD ALL OF THIS!! THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT THE CALL ON HOLD! She came back on the phone and said everything he said verbatim. i went along with it and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a salesman. The salesman stated that he was going to quit because the place was a joke and they have a really high turnover rate and hire anyone and give them no training. Thats why the turnover for sign production is so long. He said the owner doesn't give a s*** about the customers. I emailed corporate about this and i hope they shut this place down. No wonder they are far from the freeway. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! i went to Fast Signs right off I-10 and i received my sign in 4 days. Amazing job. Thank you Fast Signs. Signarama probably wont be around much longer.
