He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. Hard pass. I recommend shopping around. Other local companies with great reviews were 1/3 of the price while also doing prep work and using quality Sherwin Williams Duration or Cashmere paint. So they may have quoted me high because they didn't want the job or they use unicorn paint. They were transparent and upfront about the cost and quick to respond, so I'll give them that.
