Got a lash lift here after buying a Groupon. She's super nice and her spot is tiny, but perfect for a get in and get out kind of a deal. You're not going to have long waits or crowded waiting rooms of other people like some spas. Her son was in the room most of the time. I get it. She's a hard working mom! But just something to know before you book. Also, he brought back pizza for lunch and the whole room smelled like pizza for about half the time I was there. Unbelievable! I scheduled an appointment and left work early and drove all the way from Parkland to come and get my eyelashes done. They even called and confirmed as well the day before, and then when I call to let them know that I was one minute away just as a courtesy she tells me that she's sorry but she double booked herself and can't take me. It's completely unprofessional. I know accidents happen, but when you call and confirm something you need to be aware that people are scheduling this in advance and it's very inconvenient. I went to get an eyelash lift and tint and the results where disappointing to me. I went to this place due to the high star rating but in my case the results were not noticeable or good. The only difficult thing was finding her suite, but besides that no complaints. She was very easy to talk to and very informative about the process, after care, etc. Great customer service and great outcome! After I left within a couple hours, I got a ton of compliments. If I could give a no stars I would. We had emailed over a course of days for an appointment. I was coming from out of town so I made sure to book an appointment prior to my arrival and being able to get there. My last email to her was confirming the time. When I showed up to the appointment she had another client already there. She never went back through her email and replied back to me. I replied confirming the date and time 2 days prior to the appointment. Because she simply forgot to check, double booked the times. While I asked to wait until she was done she was too busy. If you mess up like that, especially as a small business owner like that, you should be more apologetic and try problem solving. She should have done whatever she could to service me that day. She left such a bad taste in my mouth with this experience. Customer service goes a long way and she didn't have it. read more

I Came in for a full legs and bikini wax. Was there for two hours. It was my first time there. I find it EXTREMELY unsanitary and HIGHLY unprofessional that she has her dog IN THE ROOM with you while getting waxed. The whole time the dog was trying to get onto the bed and whining. There's a doggy bed, food, pee bed for the dog... meanwhile the room is TINY. Disgusting. I will NEVER go back. Spend the extra money elsewhere. Ps.
