I arrived right on time for my appointment but still had to wait to start the facial. As I was sitting down waiting, the person who is supposed to be doing my facial leaves and says she will be back and doesn't return for another 20 minutes. I later find out she is also the business owner. Customer service was not good. Besides waiting the 20 minutes, there was no communication during the facial of what she was doing. No warning of putting the led light therapy machine over my face, which felt very claustrophobic since it's enclosed and inches away from the face nor any warning of when she was starting the extractions. Overall, the facial was not pleasant nor peaceful. There was not a moment of gentleness on my face and her hands felt rough. It is also not quiet. You can hear boxes being thrown in the room next door and talking from the outside. Once the facial was done all she said was "let me know if you need anything else" and starts with the next client. She doesn't explain or suggest products to use nor lets me know how my skin feels or how it is looking and areas to focus on. read more

Hard to make an appointment when you call no availability . The website self scheduling is always open. very conflicting.

The lobby is very cute, but the rest of the place was less than desirable. My appointment for my facial was at 2pm. They keep the door locked and you ring a doorbell for entry. My attendant was delayed and I wasn't seen until 2:30. She was very apologetic and even gave me full size cleanser and moisturizer to try. The room was very plain and also was used for storage. There is no music playing. The room is bright. The flooring was bubbling so when you stepped on pieces it pushed back down. While in the room, you can hear people talking in the other rooms. It didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. It was my first facial and I used a Groupon. A regular priced facial is $85. It lasts one hour. There is plenty of parking in the attached lot. read more

I booked an eyelash extension and when I arrived at Narotique Spa they did not follow my scheduled appointment time and I waited 20min without complaining. Then they said they could start the service but they would need to interrupt the service for 40 minutes to attend another client who was not from Groupon, had no scheduled appointment, but who they "needed" to attend to. I told them that was unacceptable after I had been waiting for 20 minutes. They told me to reschedule or ask Groupon for a refund. I needed to leave without my eyelashes done read more

I went in because I saw the Groupon for the freezing fat so I purchased the 4 areas. Waited an hour and half till i finally went in which i feel could have been booked later so i could enjoy my Sat afternoon rather than waiting so long. Then got 3 areas done which took 2 hours and after all that time I see no results so I doubt I want to go back and sit through another session. Oh well I tried. read more

I tried their teeth whitening procedure. It did the job. I was 2 to 3 shades whiter after it was all done, but I would not do it ever again. First of all the dental device they used was highly uncomfortable for my mouth size , second of all the chemicals cause my teeth to suffer extreme sensitivity for the rest of the day. This was highly uncomfortable and annoying since I never had suffered from teeth sensitivity before. Third of all...I am a tad concern if they reuse their mouth pieces. She threw everything away after all was done except the opaque transparent looking mouth piece and 4th my bottom lip had the nastiest reaction to the whitening chemicals for the rest of the day it puffed up like I had some sort of filling in it and was numb. The second day it busted open like a nasty ass blister and was painful. It has been 5 days later, and it still has not fully healed, the painful lip experience alone will keep me from ever trying this procedure at this location ever again, second would be the full day of every nerve in my teeth hurting like hell. read more

I want to start off by saying I am a someone who is very particular with beauty services and go to only certain places and people. That being said, I have been to several "Lash bars" and have never left nearly as happy as I am when I leave the Narotique Beauty Bar. I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go and they actually last me longer than any others have. It's a quality service done by quality people. Can't beat that! read more

Bought a Groupon for one laser teeth whitening session. Went in yesterday and was very pleased with the appointment making process, the cleanliness of the office, and the friendly customer service. I am also happy with how my teeth came out, I went up 3 or 4 shades, which is perfect cause my teeth were only off white, not really yellow. HOWEVER, during the bleaching gel application, I told the technician my gums were burning so she went in and "fixed" it... The process itself was painless but afterwards my gums were white also like they were burned. After doing my research I found its called blanching and it happens often and didn't worry about it. It went away 20 min later. I also left the office with my lip blistering from the bleach. Then 2 hours later I noticed my gums where they were white were now dark purple and I have light pink gums so it was very noticeable. I just took an advil for the excruciating tooth sensitivity I was experience and took a nap. Upon waking up, I found my gums were turning grey/purple, most definitely burnt. I washed my mouth with salt water and lightly brushed my teeth, to prevent any infection. Its the next morning and my gums are peeling, this is definitely a chemical burn. Thankfully my lip and sensitivity is much better. All in all, I'm disappointed at how careless the application of peroxides and bleaches was. I would not recommend this process or place to anyone other than that. I will not be getting my teeth laser whitened again, I'm sure there are places that are much more professional and won't burn me, but I'm not going to risk it. read more

She knew exactly how to give me the fierce dramatic look without over doing it. The place is clean and they offer a variety of hor's derves and the BEST Champagne.
