A couple of weeks later an 8 person crew showed up exactly on time to do a complete new roof while all the time working with my insurance company. We got estimates from Renewal by Anderson, Marvin and Pella. All three had great presentations but were were drawn to Marvin and visited their showroom in Bloomfield Hills where we got a great feel on how the windows would look and some suggestions that really made sense. The price was right in the middle of the other two contenders. We did appreciate the low key nature of the presentation with no "big deals" or let's "sign the contract today" pressure. The price was bottom line from the start. The salesman Gordon went out of his way to make sure the interior stain we were getting matched our trim in the den. The windows that were prepainted white to match the white trim throughout the house. The crew that installed 18 windows was fantastic. A two day job with no mess left. Our salesperson visited while the installation was taking place to make sure the window had no defects. Really good quality replacement windows are not cheap. It's a big commitment and expensive proposition. We are very happy with our purchase and confident in our decision. I would recommend these folks.
