I had an appointment for Botox I had a been here before and received dysport which lasted 6 weeks. When I made the appointment I specifically said I wanted Botox. Drove an hour one way to the appointment. When I was in the room they told me they didn't have Botox. What a joke. No "we would love to make this up to you" no nothing. I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Woods and recently had my botox administered by Dr. Laskie. She administered the right amount--enough to soften my forehead lines and remove the elevens between my eyes but still allow me to furrow my eyebrows. My left eyebrow is naturally a little higher and more surprised-looking than the other, and Dr. Laskie added a little more to that side to help even them out. Seamless Skin's office is clean, bright and well located. They immediately convinced me to sign up for all THREE of their biggest procedures: Neogen, Scarlet and Agnes RF for a relatively hefty sum, 7000. I gave a 1000 deposit and went home to do the research. I discovered that the three procedures are somewhat similar and so I reached out to the office to gain further information and especially, before and after photos. Dr. Woods had almost none. Dr.Woods then directed me to three other doctor's websites, none of whom had many or any before or after photos, either. I reached back out to Dr Woods again and said I need to see extensive before/after photos to proceed. Standard ask. Next thing I know, I get an email saying 'i don't think we are a good fit, I trust my intuition on who I can help' ecetera. Oh, really? And I just fell off a turnip truck. Listen, New Mexico is the second poorest state in the nation. The people are amazing and the land is unreal. But if you want to do anything more than get your teeth cleaned, fly to Denver or Utah. read more

I had my first experience with Seamless Skin a few days ago. Unfortunately, I feel it will be my last. First of all, I was a little taken aback by having to leave a reimbursable $100.00 to secure my appointment. Then on the day of my facial I was met by one of the practitioners & led into a room for a photo shoot of my face. Then led into a room where she spent about 20 minutes talking about the product they sell & all the benefits their product provides. Then I explained I wanted a facial ad she let me know they provided 2 different kinds. She never mentioned the price & no prices are listed anywhere. So, I decided to go with just a basic facial. In about twenty minutes she performed a quick dermaplane, applied lotion, & did some extractions on my face only. What? My neck was not touched, my de'colletage was not touched,no message, no mask just a simple clothes on $140.00. Rip-off! Maybe I didn't communicate my wants, but I certainly did not expect what I received. Oh yeah, what about those photos she took? Never mentioned. No professional advise as to what should or could be done to my skin. I'm sure their clients who receive $10,000.00 worth of procedures are taken better care of than I was. I recently moved back to Santa Fe from San Francisco and was on the hunt, for what seems like forever, for an experienced and reputable injector who had big shoes to fill. I chose Seamless Skin MD and in the end was not happy with my service and results. A few red flags I should have heeded; I requested Botox and was injected with Dysport. It was extremely misleading because the practice refers to their neurotoxins as "Botox" when they are in actuality NOT the brand Botox, to me this is completely unprofessional for a medical practice. Dysport is less potent than Botox and while supposedly more cost effective, this practice charged $13 per unit. When brought Into the treatment room, the practitioner did not mark the injection sites and seemed to "wing it", it felt completely rushed. I requested a lip flip and the injection sites were not on the upper lip near the Cupid's bow where I'm used to receiving 2-4 units based on my anatomy and previous injection sites. The results, while not to my standards, we're meh at best. I have uneven frown expressions on my forehead and the lip flip did the reverse of what it's intended to do. The only areas I am content with are my crows feet, which settled in nicely. Ultimately, I will not be returning nor do I recommend this practice for "Botox" I would rather pay the cost to fly to San Francisco to get guaranteed and consistent results with my previous injector. read more

I was so happy with the results I planned another detour to make sure I went through Santa Fe this year to be able to visit Dr. Deb Woods and her experienced staff. She's an amazing injector -- she looks at your face as her personal project and knows exactly what to do -- and what NOT do, which is probably twice as important! I have been going to Seamless Skin for a little more than a year now -- in fact, I'm headed there today -- and I would say I look at least five years younger. Some say I look 10 years younger! I had confidence in Dr. Woods immediately. She has an excellent eye. She knows exactly what procedures are appropriate and in what order to do them. In my case, this was the Scarlet SRF along with IPL Photofacials (a series of six treatments). She was honest about how long it would take to see results and advised me to be patient. This was helpful advice. I appreciated her honesty. In addition to the Scarlet SRF and IPL, she recommended a filler called Bellafill, again being honest about the fact that traditional fillers would no longer be effective at my age (66) and that, yet again, it would take a few months to see results. Well, I am seeing results, thanks to to Dr. Woods and her remarkable staff! Some of these procedures can be a little uncomfortable. The kindness and professionalism -- and everyone's sense of humor -- help so much. You always hear laughter backstage at Seamless Skin. It's clear that everyone loves to work there.
