I had one Botox appointment which was satisfactory. I had a facial scheduled which I needed to cancel. After calling and texting for two days I finally got someone to call me back by filling out the form on the website. The person that called me back seemed quite annoyed and said well I got your messages. Hello - this place charges for missed appointments so I am going to need an acknowledgment. Then it was a back and forth I won't go into but the gist was that somehow their not calling me back was my fault. Originally was going to reschedule but after that phone conversation I'll go elsewhere. This place provides a luxury service and they need to act accordingly. read more

I have been going to this facility for more than five years and finally I became unlazy and found another provider. Although the service providers at this facility are mostly good to excellent and Tiffany is also amazing and kind, they have a receptionist who is abrasive, costic, and generally cold and seems annoyed answering any questions about anything and get very nasty. I had one bad interaction with her several years ago because they did not call to cancel my appointment and left the office and acknowledged that was what happened and we got into it - over the next several years, this happened two more times without me saying a word. It's been years since and thousands of dollars later and this receptionist is still passively hostile even when I don't raise my voice or am rude. Also, you need to know that they are a real pain to try to get an appointment with - this could be their not so lovely receptionist. So, I went online finally and there are SO MANY companies that offer the same services and everything is so much easier. I do not recommend this company and... there are so many other options available. OMG... I just saw all the other reviews... all of which are mostly really negative. I agree. read more

My experience at the Santa Fe Ageless Med Spa was quiet depressing .I was in three times for Laser hair removal on face and neck.The tech Anai was anything but courteous.During my procedure said she felt grossed out and felt like throwing up.I have excess hair my reason for bring there.I left in tears and felt really broken down by her remarks.Later stating she ate too much .Which at that point new she covered up her hateful remarks.Iam disappointed and hurt and have spent over 1500 in the past e months along with botox treatment.I will not be returning to this unperfessional individual read more

I went to Ageless Aesthetics several times for about a year. The first time I went for Botox, the nurse (no longer there because she left but should have been fired in my opinion) left me with one droopy eye. I have had Botox many times and never had this issue. I called and made another appointment to see the nurse again and she gave me more Botox and I was charged! I didn't question this charge which I should have but was told at another appointment that I should NOT have been charged for a service to correct the Botox problem. They should have comped me something and I was highly annoyed. I've lived in many big cities before Santa Fe and have gone to many various businesses for facials, injections etc. That said, this business is inconsistent and subpar in customer service and delivering top notch service. read more

I got ultherapy on my neck and décolletage. It was extremely painful, despite the offering of nitrous oxide. It took 2 hours for the technician to complete. Excruciating. I'm certain that she had never done this procedure before, only had it done on her. She seemed unsure of how to use the device properly and I think it was done incorrectly. I know it is supposed to get better and show results over 6 months and last for 2 years. I'm now 4 months post procedure and no positive changes. In fact it actually damaged my skin and made it thinner and marked up, which has not gone away. This was an expensive procedure. I regret having it done here. I would not recommend you take the risk at this place, it did more harm than good in my experience. read more

I had my lips filled with Juvederm. It appears that the filler was not placed deeply enough because not only are they lumpy but you can see blue reflecting from the filler, otherwise referred to as the Tyndall effect. I did inform the lady who injected me about this on my next visit. I also informed the front desk to have Lisa (the owner) phone me to discuss this issue. I did not received any response. It appears that instead of trying to fix this situation they would rather ignore me. As a client who has gone to them for botox and other treatments I will not return. If you are considering having your lips filled there be prepared for lumpy blue bumps and uneven a lips. read more

Lisa was incredible and she took the time to explain what was happening with my skin instead of just handing me a list of products I "should" be using. The initial consultation was excellent. I returned for a YAG laser treatment to remove a telangiectasis from just above my upper lip. It didn't work, and when I called back a couple of months later to see if there was another cost for follow up there was no record of my previous treatment. The receptionist promised a call back. None ever came. Next I signed up for a facial peel. When I got there, I was informed that I couldn't have the peel because I hadn't stopped using tretinoin ointment a week before. Who knew? Nobody told me anything about that. Since I was already there, I said okay to a regular facial- the absolute worst facial I have ever experienced with a taciturn aesthetician who said nothing, didn't ask anything about my skin, failed to deal with the one blocked pore on my face, and was simply "not there." The room was cold, unwelcoming and had no decor. This was also true of the room where I received the YAG laser treatment. Cold, long corridors, bare rooms. Like a horror movie. I couldn't wait to escape. To add injury to insult, the miserable facial came at a luxury spa price- $140. What a rip off. read more
