I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

We found the perfect design and they even have this one as a regular slab we hope we can use for our kitchen in a few months. We had a budget in mind and they were helpful enough to lower the price of their remnant to meet us at our budget. They said they'd have it cut by Tuesday and called us Monday saying it was ready. My husband picked it up Tuesday and they had it ready to load up front and someone even helped him load it on the truck. It was cut to the exact size we requested and the outer edges were perfect. I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!

This is not the way marble masters of Florida Works, from my first telephone conversation with Robert Anderson, everything went smooth as silk. When it came time to doing the installation they were clean Thorough and left high quality workmanship behind. I went to show room for our very first meeting and found the show room to be not very impressive, however! His work firsthand is absolutely beautiful. I chose the marble finish in a color called dove with a matte finish on it I cannot put into words the workmanship and how beautiful the marble looks. I hope the attached pictures do it justice I highly recommend marble masters of Florida

They didn't bother to greet us as they just stayed planted at their two desks. When my husband inquired about one of the pedestal sinks, one of the women slunk over, told us the size options and then just walked off. We stayed a few minutes longer but left as it was clear they were not interested in making a sale that day. I guess this company has all the business they need for now. We won't be back.

We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions. I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer service! 0 stars
