Just 2 weeks ago we learned our son was graduating an entire year early! We scrambled to find a photographer who could get the photo shoot done and pictures edited in just a few days. We received over 40 photographer recommendations from friends and family, and all I can say is, it's not easy finding the right one! So many photographers had complicated contracts, ridiculous pricing, and required consultations that take up time and money. Brad at Mayne Frame Photography was the only one that kept things simple and easy to work with. Brad was so kind, and understood the importance of what we needed. Within 48 hours we had a scheduled photo shoot in downtown Boise. Our son got to wear 3 different outfits, and we weren't running against the clock. Brad told us, "we'll just keep going until we get the right shots!" Brad made our son feel comfortable, and within a few minutes our son was smiling and coming out of his shell. Brad made it an amazing experience! To our surprise, Brad had the photos uploaded to his website and ready for review the next morning! We selected 4 photos for our son's graduation announcements, and Greg had them enhanced and edited within 24 HRS!!!! All of the pictures turned out absolutely amazing!!! Not only that, but Brad gives you the digital images and lets you own the print rights. It's not complicated, it's not expensive, and Brad kept us in the loop the entire time! Because of our amazing experience, we will use and recommend Mayne Frame Photography for every single one of our kids and family photos. Brad is a professional, but he's also personal and humble. Maija was very creative with our sessions and she was great at getting real and candid looking shots even though we are far from experienced in front of the camera. Maija really took the time to get to know us and she was great a listening and filing away small things that we would say. My wife and I put a lot of effort into doing a lot of the decorations in our wedding ourselves and Maija made sure to get really cool shots of the work that we did and she just picked that up from our conversations. Maija was very prepared with ideas of where and what to shoot, but she was outstanding at going with the flow and getting truly natural photos. We had high winds during our pre-wedding photos and she was fantastic at making it fun and getting photos that look outstanding even if we were about to blow away. Erin and her make-up artist Lindsey are great and both are very talented. Erin went out of her way to meet with me, chat with me and went above and beyond to schedule me for a shoot and present my digital images to me so that everything could be completed on time. She was very respectful of my needs. One example: I am not a huge fan of the metallic look for prints, which is what she normally prints, and she said it would be no problem to print my images with a regular finish, but of the same high quality. (which, btw, her prints are fantastic, very high quality). I did quite a bit of research about Boudoir photographers in the area, and was given the names of a few other professional photographers who are not listed via a standard google search (photo shoot, models etc) and ultimately decided in Erin b/c: 1. Since I am not a model, I wanted someone who is used to working with people who are less comfortable in front of a camera. 2. I was able to get hair and make-up done on site and by someone who is used to doing hair and make-upfor photo shoots. 3. Once I narrowed it down to a photographer like Erin (someone who does a lot of private shoots: weddings, families, babies etc) I noticed that in all of her pics on her website, the clients looked extremely relaxed and comfortable. That was ultimately the deciding factor. I highly recommend Erin, and if you have a chance, visit her at her studio, she has some amazing images there to view as well.

Wedding photos and great cocktails were the two areas that were most important to me and my man so I did a ton of research. Right away their style caught my eye as it had an authentic vibe I knew I wanted. Equally important, I needed someone patient as I hate taking pics - I get fidgety and awkward and it's just not cute. From my first call with Phillip I felt comfortable and was put as ease knowing I wouldn't need to be some insta-model to get great wedding pics. I also didn't want to feel like there was paparazzi in my face the whole night. It was just the opposite. I hardly noticed Phil and Aubrey but in the end we got great wedding photos.
