I had heard through co-workers that Dr. Gulde was wonderful and was relieved to find that he accepted my plan. The sweet woman who answered the phone got me in the same day as "an emergency". I expected to wait, but they didn't make me wait for long. She even had my insurance worked out before I even got there! My last office ALWAYS messed up my insurance. Either way, athough they had other patients, they made sure I was seen promptly. The genuine respect for my fears and desire by him to make this a "pleasant" experience amazed me. The Dr. and his sweet assistant (I think her name was Pamela?), took care of me that day and made sure I walked out with a gorgeous smile. I was surprised I wasn't even in pain, once the numbness wore off. Dr. Gulde explained every step of the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect, putting my mind at ease, and they did not pressure me to start anything until all of my questions were answered. I went for a cleaning and the hygienist told me I needed to have a tooth extracted and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. I did not see the doctor. That was my first red flag. The hygienist asked to have me scheduled for an appointment with the doctor to finish my X-rays that she didn't do and do an exam, the person at the desk said they no longer do that it would have to wait until my next visit in July. Second red flag. I called the office the next day and told them what happened and asked to see the doctor, she said she would ask the doctor to look over my chart, but did seem concerned over what happened. Promised to get back to me, never did. There has been a huge turnover there and not for the better, I no longer would recommend.

My hygienist was great and I can continue with her for cleanings. Prices were reasonable compared to what my friends said it cost them for the same work they had done at their dentist as I had done. I'm so glad I chose this dentist and I appreciate them for not making me feel embarrassed or guilty about not taking care oh my teeth. I was a new patient and needed an x-ray done ASAP since I was having a lot of pain and sensitivity with a crown I had placed about 9 months ago. They were able to schedule my appointment for the same day and after the x-ray was completed, Dr. de la Torre was super straightforward and informative, letting me know that I needed an extraction. I asked him how much it would cost, he gave me a reasonable price and stated he can do the extraction the same day. I was extremely nervous since I had never had an extraction done before, but they assured me that it would be quick and would only be sore for a couple of days. His assistant was also very sweet and empathetic, letting me know that she knows it can be a hassle to go through multiple dental procedures. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half. They sent me home with care instructions and a pain med prescription. Now, it's the next day and I barely have any soreness. I appreciate the professionalism and recommend Dr. de la Torre and his team without hesitation!

My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 a.m., and I arrived at 9:00 a.m. Immediately, I was greeted by a kind staff member who escorted me to the dental chair and proceeded with the X-rays. I explained that I had difficulty holding the X-rays in my mouth, and she was very considerate, ensuring I was comfortable. Her patience and care truly eased my anxiety, especially since I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. After the X-rays were completed, Dr. Nagaraj entered the room for a thorough examination. She explained that I had a cracked filling and a small, raised bump in my mouth and detailed the steps I needed to correct these issues. The treatment areas are very modern, scrupulously clean and well designed.
