They offer sedation options which has been a lifesaver for big dental jobs, they accept most insurances, do payment plans (3rd party) and have wiggle room for payment. We've left and didn't pay and paid 4 days later due to a block on our card. Appointments are decently easy to get, the front waiting area and restrooms are always so clean. My only complaint if it really is one is they're ALWAYS behind. Not by like 15 mins, but by 40-to an hour. Which I'm glad they spend the extra care and time with you but it is stressful sometimes if you have other appointments etc.

However Julie comforted me and reassured me throughout the whole process. She didn't make me feel embarrassed about my teeth or the fact that I was neglecting my dental hygiene instead she reassured me that they're here to help and will make my smile beautiful. Also the lady up front I think her name was Kaylee, was soooo patient and respectful she had a rude client come in and she handled the situation so well. Even though they were short staffed she made sure she greeted every single client and made them aware. Most won't even tell you their short staffed just have you sitting in the waiting room. Now to my dentist mr. De La Torre Carlos if I'm not mistaking who extracted 2 of my teeth. He kept me calm and also reassured me the whole time . Talked to me through the whole thing and kept telling me I was doing a great job which I really needed to hear at the time. I'm so glad I chose this dentist and I appreciate them for not making me feel embarrassed or guilty about not taking care oh my teeth. But now that I have a good team that I can trust to handle my dental work I'm no longer afraid. Well I am but I'm not afraid to go here. Anyways don't listen to the other horrible reviews. I'm 21 and don't normally do stuff like this but the experience was just so wonderful that I had to!

The staff here from the receptionists, to the technicians, to the hygienist and Dr Sarah Moussally were amazing. Friendly, appointments right on time, helpful, efficient and my work was done perfectly. Dr Sarah is an artist and my front teeth look perfect, and my two crowns look so natural. My hygienist was great and I can continue with her for cleanings. Prices were reasonable compared to what my friends said it cost them for the same work they had done at their dentist as I had done. If you are in need of dental work I highly recommend this business in Tavares. If I could do more than 5 stars I would!

If they can't bully you into work you don't need done then they won't do any work on your teeth at all. They were supposed to call me back in 3 weeks for a follow up visit, but did not call back for 6 months. I went in to give them another chance and this is when they advised me off all kinds of work I needed done, but just 6 months ago I had no issues and everything was great. The hygienist was nice and pleasant, but beware of Dr. Broche he first tries to charm you into extra work you don't need and then when that does not work he talks down to you, like he is the only educated one in the room. Then he became very RUDE when I would not agree to all the extra things he stated I needed. I found a new dentist and they advised me my teeth and bone are great.
